TONE The storm that broke my home has calmed down to a tone, where I hear the sounds I often use to ignore, at least now I see the stars above my head, thanks to the storm that blew away my shed. My racing heart now calmed down to a tone, where I can hear it beating slower than before, but I am glad it is still just as gentle and kind, I am glad it didn't turn into a stone. I choose to pick up the bricks that are still whole, I have to change my love for the storms just to build a new home, as I stack up the walls I feel my past fading to soothe away my sores, I am at peace to a tone, that I had never felt before.
