I am not saying I can do it even close as well as he does, but on Lucio 1.0 it was definitely harder to use wall ride than nowadays. e. g. Dpsstanky. So heads up, you can do it. Froggers got insane game sense and mechanics though. Hands down.
Just get a kill, wallride after and just keep hooping and then wallriding before they die
