Yeah mine is hereditary too unfortunately, nothing to be done about it. Same. I also have deep set and hooded eyes. So I have the blue purple and even when I color correct and conceal, I still have that shadow from my eyes being deep set. I know that you can get filled on top of your cheeks, slightly under the hollow of your eye/under eyes.
There’s a 3rd and 4th reason why someone may think they have dark circles…3) natural hollowing that comes with aging in some people, and 4) in other people, having chubby cheeks can sometimes cause the under eye area to look depressed in comparison (and also make the nasolabial folds more pronounced), creating a shadow. I’ve personally experienced the last one when I gained weight, they went away when I lost 8 pounds and my face slimmed down.

Hi !, I have found that low dose (0.01%) tretinoin works wonderfully for thickening up my under eyes. Not perfect but it really helped me. I’ve got type 1 shadowing (according to your vlog) blue veins and and thin pale skin. My veins used to show right through my under eye. I thought I would need surgery !

I have the same undereye circles. I got them filled with Hyaluronic acid and its a lot better. Trust me, it does not hurt. Lips hurt like hell. My doctor used cannula and only pierced my skin once on each side. I looked absolutely normal after the procedure and no one was able to tell I was injected, no bruising, nothing. I can't say I don't have any dark circles, but definitely better. My doctor told me it's not ok to put too much filler so I used 1ml in total. I also use pink concealer on a daily basis and then cover it with skin shade concealer or foundation. If you don't use pink/peach/reddish concealer you should definitely try it, it works wonders. I also use highlither or shimmery eyeshadows in a very small amount under the eyes. I hope that helps you, I know how it feels to always look tired even if you are not ❤

I’m use an under eye cream by good molecules, it is only 6 dollars and it has de-puffing abilities. I always use it in the morning! I also recommend getting ice gloves to de-puff your face every so often!

Mine are 100% genetic. Don't even need to test it, my dad has them, most of his siblings have them, his dad had them, all my grandpa's siblings had them, and beyond. There are very few people on my dad's side that DON'T have permanent racoon eyes. Honestly I'm fine with them, the only reason I started concealing them in uni was because I kept being questioned about my health and situation at home (when I'm sleep deprived it can look like I just got punched in the face). Concealing them just makes me look more alert, alive and professional so I've kept it up and on the occasions that I've forgotten to do so there's been a miniture commotion.

Mine is the first one. I don't even have to do the test cause it's not shadow colored. It's just white puffy skin and the creases are purple blue green. I am a pale person but my under eye is the whitest part of my face. I Contour by correcting the blue with foundation and then I put cheek shadow Contour on the white 😅 it's annoying.

My Mother in Law as well as my ExHusband and 2 of his 4 siblings had the darkest under eyes I’ve ever seen. It looked like they put mat brown eye shadow on under their eyes! She tried everything and spent hundreds on every cream known to man! Being an Esthetician when I married her Son, I let her know this was just the way God made her and to concentrate on her beautiful wonderful qualities and stop dwelling on this because there was nothing she could do. She took my advice and just accepted herself! It was the best thing I ever did for anybody ever! My Ex looked tired 24/7 lol but he was an alcoholic so…. He had bags under those eyes too!
I know right. I color correct but that shadow will never go away because I have deep set hooded eyes! I usually use a slightly shimmery eyeshadow/face powder to bounce light from that area but oh I dream to get filler there 😅

I would say take sugar out of your diet ... when I fasted my body changed, I realized the food we eat has a lot to do with it
