Victoria there are alternative ways of eating the fishcake. Boiling it in water and retaining it in the soup. Dipping sauce is plum sauce and Siracha. Or you can make Chinese style curry and eat the fishcakes in it. Chinese style curry has more coconut milk and less spice as compared to Indian curry. Chinese style curry is sweeter and without spices hence it goes well with the fish cakes. I don't know if you can get Water Spinach in Canada but it goes well with these two ways of eating fish cakes. ;O)

Was just noticing that Regina has nail varnish on her nails in the UK as a Nurse you are not allowed to have anything on the nails nothing beyond the wrist except for a wedding band.
