I've been binge watching over and over because even though I don't have alot of money each month, it's gone so quick. So I will have 8 envelopes to start with. Would you do it the same way or change anything, if you were doing it for the month instead of doing it weekly? I'm glad I saw you had started doing this. Keep them coming and giving us any advice as you learn.

Hello. I started out with about 10 envelopes and as I got more conformable with planning my cash I added more envelopes. I am a big fan of starting small.

I am retired and get a small stipend (my choice) of my retirement for my use. My husband takes care of the bills and a large part of my retirement goes to help. My small amount usually doesn't last and I never have anything to use for large items. My husband is good with me buying what I need and most of the time what I want from the household account but I feel guilty knowing I'm just spending my money like it's water. I'm hoping this helps me.

Hi Desiree! Where do you get your binder? And how much about did you spent on those binders?

This may be rude to ask, but with regards to your extra debt wallet; did you start budgeting because of having some credit card debts in order to get out of debt, or is that debt accrued during your time using your binders?

Hi! I actually paid off around 15k in debt before doing this system and during that time I stopped using my cards, that was a few years ago. Now for things I would have used in the past on my credit card, like auto repairs and any type of large purchase like a trip I am going on in April I no longer have to even use the cards since I have been saving using this system. Once I started the extra debt envelope I did start focusing more on paying off the last amount of the debt I have. I should have that all paid off by this year which is really exciting! And no I haven't gained any new debt since using this system🎉

Are you putting the cash in card into the bank or taking 5 $20s out of bank request? Is it calulated in the $250 or in addition? ⚾️

The cash in the card is separate from the $250. Since I already have the cash I don't have to pull out money for it to stuff

I like that you insert a note that you’ve realized there is an error that you will correct. I find that I don’t stress/worry that you were unaware of it. Once again an inspiring video!💙💛🪴
