    Germany.
    Steam train pulls up at railway station platform. German soldiers present arms. Various dignitaries gather on the platform. A man makes a speech from the platform while President Paul Von Hindenburg looks on from a window of the carriage.
    The carriage is pulled along in front of ranks of troops. A row of little girls dressed in white wave. A military band plays and people cheer. A cavalcade of cars comes towards the camera. A man looks on from a tree. More cheering from the crowd as Hindenburg goes past. Hindenburg gets out of car and is greeted by dignitaries and army officers.
    Troops march and salute. Hindenburg walks to inspect the ranks of soldiers.
