You weren't above the actual clouds. That was fog. I think Connor's Pass is only 500 meters above sea level. Clouds are 3,000 meters and up. Unless we are using clouds and fog to mean the same thing, if so I apologize.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from your channel it’s that you absolutely love a good water reflection. I’ll be visiting this area in late March and hope it’s as beautiful then, as it is in this video.
Laura- I was just in Ireland and wanted to thank you because I learned so much from your videos. My 20yr old and I had such a great time and absolutely love Ireland and all the people we met.
I don't think I'll ever get the chance to get back to Ireland again and the first time we missed the ROK. So thanks!!! A great grandfather, Timothy McMahon, and great grandmother, Mary Hanlon, are from this area in Ireland and came to the United States (Chicago) where my grandfather John McMahon was born (as well as his sis, Josephine). John married grandmother Julia Newell (came to U.S. from Galway). They had my mom, Ellen (1926) and 4 other daughters. Thank you, again, Laura!! 🍀Margaret
I just got home from Ireland about 3 weeks ago and I’m still wonderstruck. Dingle was my favorite place. I could have sat there for days and just contemplated life. It was such a spiritual experience for me. I am in awe of how you all live there. You all just have it figured out. And I want to marry an Irish girl for sure. Lol. I was able to wrap my arms around Kevin’s cross so fingers crossed. I’ll get married, move to Ireland when I retire and live out my days raising goats and children. 😂 we stayed at the Parkview inn in Killarney. The manager and all the people there were so incredibly accommodating and friendly. Anyway I can’t say enough.
Planning a bike packing trip next May 2024. Your videos are helping me choose the route. Leaving from Cork and just added the Gap of Dunloe to my route on the way to Tralee first day. Love your presentation and music and you are lovely on the eyes.
Ireland looks like such a beautiful country we have always wanted to go visit. The Abbey with the tree in the middle of it looked like something out of the Legend of Zelda! It was beautiful and mysterious. Well made video! Keep it up. We're going to be binging a few of your videos! Hugs from LCA!
Hello Laura! I'm completely enchanted with you! I just found your Channel today and I've been watching your videos back-to-back for two and a half hours! And after watching your videos, I've decided that Ireland is my bucket list place to go! All thanks to you! I think you're awesome, and I love your narrations! I've subscribed to your website!
I’m heading to Ireland to get married at Hags Head Cliffs of Moher end of May, and your videos are setting my heart at ease. The Dunquin Pier is definitely being added to my bucket list!
It is well deserved. Your ability to showcase is top notch. I knew all these places, fairly well. I made many fine memories in West Kerry. Nothing against Ballybunion 0_o I got to be a part of Monday Night Madness and played Golf there.
Hi Laura Great video! I will be visiting Ireland next May and plan on spending most of my time in Killarney and the park. Looks absolutely beautiful! Your videos are very nicely put together and informative. Love the music too! 😊
Laura, I left a thumbs up because I think you do a great job. I'm an Irish American and love visiting..... it's so beautiful. Can I leave just one suggestion...please take it as constructive criticism as you do great. As I was watching your video I kept wishing you would let the scenery fill the screen and have your words in the background more. You look great but the scenery is why we watch. Anyway, thank you, all the best. Kevin
What a wonderful video 👏🏻👏🏻 We are off to Kerry on Saturday and I am so excited. I’m in England and I’m finally going to see where my mother was from. She grew up in Tarbert so we will be going up there also. Hopefully the weather gods are kind to us. It definitely looks like it’s going to be raining most days. Again, this was such a great video 💚
We are spending a week in Dingle in September as part of a longer stay and I’m so glad you shared this bit of your trip! Very brave to drive Conor Pass - not for me, but my husband is keen.
Hi Laura, thanks for sharing the details. It looks great, We have a family trip planned next week and this video helped me to plan upfront and pin my map to cover them time to time. Good job with your Vlog and looking forward for more....!
Love this as I have been to Kerry numerous times, in fact other than my home county its one of my favourite places in the world. You have an interesting way of prounci ng Valentia Island, lo e the travel vlog, keep it up
Fabulous video of Ring of Kerry...worth doing in Killarney is the Old Kenmare road. Turn off left at the sign for it about half mile before Torc waterfall. After about quarter of a mile there is a car park on left. From here, you walk on the old Kenmare road. About third of the way down there is ootion to turn right for walk up Torc mountain.
The hike to the top of Torc is absolutely stunning if your viewers are up for a bit of hike in Killarney Nation Park. Stunning, depending on the weather of course, LOL
Can I ask why people usually leave Dublin and go south-west-north-then back east? We were going to leave Dublin & stop in Althone on our way to Galway. Will we be against traffic & will it give us problems.
I stayed with Friends in Tralee. If you're looking for a good one base in Kerry I recommend Killarney. However, I would split the county in two with two nights in Killarney and two nights in Dingle.
Laura let me know when you come to the USA 🇺🇸 I live in Alexandria Indiana in the USA 🇺🇸 you'll have to come visit me while you're over here, if you want to?❤ And you just might fall in love with me too hon ❤
Hello, I watch your video regularly, I am from Bangladesh, I need a job, I have a big family and that family is totally dependent on me, please help me.

My great grandfather is from County Kerry. The Kane side of the family were fishermen. I’m looking forward to moving there in about a year!
What an amazing job you done capturing a slice of Kerry. One of the most comprehensive guides to The Kingdom I ever saw. Go again.

Thankyou for sharing your craiach (is that right?) with me 😊
Do you own a drone camera to get those overhead shots or is there a place to buy licensed video like that?
Can I ask why people usually leave Dublin and go south-west-north-then back east?
We were going to leave Dublin & stop in Althone on our way to Galway. Will we be against traffic & will it give us problems.
Laura, did you say where you stayed that made it easy to do all that exploring?
I stayed with Friends in Tralee. If you're looking for a good one base in Kerry I recommend Killarney. However, I would split the county in two with two nights in Killarney and two nights in Dingle.
Hello, what month were you visiting Kerry and Dingle?
Can anyone recommend a place to stay that leaves a special or lasting impression? Our roadtrip starts and ends in Cork, 6 days
Lovely video! Thank you. Can I ask what songs you used in it? I enjoyed all the music you used.
Hey Helen all the music comes from Epidemic Sound it’s a music platform for copyright free music 😊
Ireland is amazing country. ❤ From Ukraine
What exactly is the Ring of Kerry? I see a lot of peninsulars but no clear "ring"
what month was this filmed for weather purposes?
What time of year was this?

It is a wonderful channel. I really like it, but the music in the background, alters my perceptions. I just can't watch it.
Laura let me know when you come to the USA 🇺🇸
I live in Alexandria Indiana in the USA 🇺🇸 you'll have to come visit me while you're over here, if you want to?❤

Gap of Dunloe…nothing to see here.
You went to Kerry for a road trip, and no mention of "Carrauntoohil", the highest mountain in Ireland? 🤔
What time of year was this??
