October sunshine is the best 👌, beautiful views again and some of the best rocks I've seen to have a cuppa on.....I'd do the same attack of Cribyn, going up steep is easier than coming down steep....looks like a lovely head clearing weekend 🫶
It really is, all the autumn colours just come alive under the sun 🙌🏻 yeah definitely spoilt for choice on rock spots on this one! Exactly, always good to get the hard work out of the way first & thanks Andrew, was an awesome weekend outdoors 😌🫶🏻

That side of the beacons is one of my fave walks up to Cribyn... also quieter. Next time you do it try walking the goat track from the gap below Cribyn & PYF. Lovely vibe throughout this. Nice one.
Agreed, it's my favourite approach to the summit, barely see anyone until the top! Will give that route ago, I've done that route down from Fan y Big before, very nice. & thank you, pleased you enjoyed this one too 😊

Your so lucky I was there a week before and the weather was not good 😭. The only views I got was right at the end on fan y big, I need to go on a good day like you! A lovely video and some great views 🫡.
Yeah very lucky with the weather for this one, perfect conditions - couldn't have asked for better really in October! Definitely worth you coming back for better conditions to see the beautiful ridge properly I'd say & thank you Matt for tagging along again 🫶🏻 have a lovely weekend :)
Thank you for your videos. We are heading back to Snowdonia in June and we have loved watching your videos for inspiration for routes this weekend. We did the walk across the top of the Glyders out of Devils kitchen last time and it was so magical! (And hard work!)

That weather was fantastic, the colours were glorious and of course so were the views, I assume 4k? Since then, we’ve had Babet, you were so lucky to have made the most of that October weather, and you managed to navigate away from the crowds. I live in crowded Berkshire but you don’t have to go too far into the Chilterns to be on your own, luckily, I think the majority are herd creatures not map readers. At 10:47 you said you were procrastinating, they say the camera never does justice to a climb or a drop but that path up to Cribyn sure did look steep. I almost got out of breath watching you (must be annoying to have to go back for the camera).

Thanks Graham 😊 yes couldn’t have asked for better conditions in October! Definitely 4k views! We weren’t too badly affected here in wales by the storm fortunately & always seeking the crowd free mountains 🙌🏻 nice to hear that you have a few spots too locally that provide peace & quiet. Yes definitely feel that climb in the lungs and legs, but all worth it for the views! Have a lovely weekend Graham, thanks for watching :)

Hi Stewart, there’s a couple official campsites in Brecon and also Cantref where you can start this walk from :)
What sort of tent do you have?
I am currently using the Nature Hike Cloud Peak 2 but here I used a Forclaz one, both have been great for the price 😊
