Maple Syrup Season 2023 Begins

The Hanson Farm has been making maple syrup in NW Wisconsin since the 1950s. The 2023 season starts with clearing the driveway of deep snow, and setting out a test tap. It is about a month earlier than season normally begins, but with warm weather we like to test if it is running and get things ready.
