you can only do messaging via PC, not on your mobile. Click on your icon to go to your channel, click on the 'setting' icon, turn on 'customizing channel layout' and save, this will enable messaging function on your channel. Otherwise go too my channel, 'about' tab and you should see the 'send message' button.
