They do not have issues with the whole thing as you purport. They have issues with the process of arriving at form 34C. If they have issues with for form 34A and form 34B they could have said it but they didnt.

All the constiency results were not announced, as required by the law. 3. Mathematics. votes for the 4 candidates plus spoilt votes should be 100%. But according to Chebukati, spoilt votes were thrown out through the window. Any non partisan mind will see the so called election being nullified on basic mathematical issues. My prayer, chebukati as a person should be jailed for 200yrs.
The 4 IEBC commissioners analyzed and verified the forms 34As from the polling stations. If they never received all constituency results then they can easily compare what Chebukati announced and the results from each polling station. If there was a difference they would have aired it in their briefing but they didnt. When you round off percentages, you are bound to get a figure of + or - 100%. It is very rare to get 100% when you round off. If you calculate the percentages without rounding off, they add up to 100%. Percentages should not be an issue because they are a product of the votes and not the other way round. Chebukati did not assign percentages to each candidate and then share the votes among them. He tallied the votes and then calculated percentages. In 2013, the court ruled that rejected votes should not be considered when calculating the percentages. It is only the valid votes that matter. In 2017 the rejected votes were not considered so why would they matter now? If this is the narrative that the 4 commissioners want to push, it simply means that they do not know their job.
