He was either going to speak or become a dead meat. He waited for the end, but it did not come. But still Odinga refused to give in. He was dramatically detained .All these time without trial. In February 1988, he was dramatically released by president Moi. When he was released from detention. Raila refused to go home. He felt insecure. They could still be coming for him. He came straight to my home. He asked me to join him in quietly engaging in activities that was designed to educate and mobilize the people towards bringing the necessary changes in the society. In 2017, Cambridge Analytical did the mess. In 2022 Startmatics and IEBC, and all those contracted to manage elections. For a successful scheme, Dr. WSR knew the game from earliest 2015. He managed the IEBC, had a hand in who is who n tenders awarded. Political parties have to mature and hire, audit companies to help the processes of voting. Upto Bomas final counting area, arithmetic persons, lawyers to be present and working. Kenya is throwing creditability, integrity and responsibility into trash. The good that 2010 Constitution is at cross roads. I also understand now that the dark of the hour, some people are damned, nit to be presidents of Kenya. I now see too, some counties will remain poor and neglected or marginalized. I now observe, quality of educated people in Kenya, doesn't teach forensic skills of how to develop our country. Educational papers are our pride, not instruments to help improve society even without goid political climate. Very soon, voter turnout will be 40-50%, still the winners will celebrate. I hope, Kenyans will maintain resilience, enjoy help from their families, eked from their land, a better Kenya is a white elephant. The panel today, white people don't prepare fir elections the way we do, every politician has a full structured secretariat to coordinate elections and all issues. Use volunteers or paid staff. Politicians are smart, quality education, and use high power technology to know if voting is disrupted or hacked. The military helped to protect foreign hackers. For this reason, l am to move on, support the President elect Dr.WSR, and pray God will hear each observation n make Ruto the vessel of PEACE.
Law is philosophy, and Philosophy is Logical theory/Wisdom. How can one be a good theoretical lawyer and bad one at practice? What is the practicality of law other than Logical argumentation?
