Wow that carnival must have been awesome. The Vanilla sounds amazing, and who would have thought banana in a fragrance would work. Thanks for the wonderful review it sounds like this house has some unique scents, which a worth looking for, and the fact that you can get free samples and only pay for shipping that is awesome
Hi Yana! What a great clip to kick off March with. I really enjoyed you cutting in the footage of the marching bands while you were away letting the fragrance develop and exploring it. I loved your energy in this clip, but before you order any of these, remember your original Wishlist for 2020!! :0)
Mure et Musc is so lovely. I really like this house. Your description of Couleur Vanille has piqued my interest. Great and useful video! Looking forward to looking through more of your vids
I like many fragrances from this house and love a few. Timbuktu is my favorite, but I also really like Bana Banana, Noir Exquis and Traversee du Bosphore. I wish that some of them lasted longer on my skin, but I can accept the longevity and performance limitations, because the smell is great.
Yuhu, so glad people who are familiar with this line share their feedback. Thanks for sharing your experience:) Cool we have similar favorites. Did you try the one with orange?
The only one with orange that I have tried is the second version of Fleur d'Oranger. The one with a beeswax note. I liked it very much. I got decent performance. Not that long ago I got very disappointed when I didn't get at least 8 hours longevity and a few hours of projection, but that isn't as important to me anymore.
Hello Yana, I own Noir Exquis and love it better than Intense Cafe by Montale. I owned La Chasse aux Papillons, very fresh tuberose, not too cloying, I had also in the same kit Timbuktu that was meh for me but I adored also in the kit Caligna. I'm happy that you talked us about Chant de Camargue, wonderful country: fabulous horses, clothes (I'm a fan of SOULEIADO). Their Pink Flamingoes are so lovely and they produce rice in fact. If you have the opportunity to go there, don't missit and don't forget a repulsive for mosquitos. The only thing that I don't enjoy. Kisses from Belgium.
Hi Francoise, so glad to hear from you again and am happy we both love Noir Exquis which to me is way more exquisite than Intense Cafe from Montale:) I loved how you described Chant de Camargue which was clearly the inspiration for that rice powder scent
I really like L'Artisan Parfumeur, even if sometimes, I need to give it time in order to really understand the quality. Strangely, I often start thinking "Meh", then, wait for it "Mmmm", and for some reasons it grows in me to the point of "love". Only this brand does that to me. In general, I would be disappointed the other way, some perfume have lots of promises that only shows during the ephemeral head notes, leaving you with something completely different at the end (ex: thé Noir the labo, Lilac love Amouage...). L'artisan keeps its promises, it is often light and discreet but always delicate and interesting. Some are bolder but never ostentatious. I love this brand and purchased Noir exquis, Nuit de Tubereuse, figuier extreme, piment brulent, Bois Farine, and my favorite Poivre piquant. Can't wait to get more of them.
Haven't smelled many from them, but I'm a fan of Mon Numero 3 and Tea for Two. One green, one dry and smoky. But both are scents that must be worn on skin to be understood. Really want to try Vanille Absolument though. It looks to have all the right notes in all the right places.
Love L'artisan scents! Amour Nocturne (Carmel+Gunpowder) smells like a Carnival, and Mechant Loup is some boozy-hazelnut goodness. Also Mon Numero 10 with the cardamom and cinnamon mixed in with incense gives it a coca-cola vibe and is very delicious.
It was actually well pronounced lol. My favs are Tea for two (really nice smoky tea spicy and fresh mix), Dzing and Tibumktu (which is unfortunately very different now compared to its older version)
I am glad you are familiar with this line!!! See, Belgium is not too bad. Tea for two is a lovely name but I am not too impressed by the notes. i find many tea scents underwhelming
@@Tommelise Ahaha Belgium is actually kinda good. For perfumes too! I'm not really into tea scents (even though I'm huge tea drinker) either as many are not realistic at all, but that one is a lovely lapsang souchong kind of tea scent. I love it,but I'm kinda worried that the new version has been water downed.
Hey Tommelise! I need help! I’ve been looking at getting a fragrance from this house and have noticed that they have gold lids and black lids, is there a difference?
Hi! So I guess their collection was redesigned a few years ago and those with golden caps are just the first design. Now most if their perfumes gave black caps so we can call golden ones vintages 😉
Hi I love perfumes that smell like coffee ❤️ can you tell me if noir exquis is smelling more like café intense by montale or more like coffee break by maison Margiela?
I understand that some people just don't understand simple 'musc' scents. That would be me, my brain just doesn't understand musc. L'Artisan is one that I can only shrug and say, I don't get it?
Musk is one of my favorite notes. There are endless possibilities for musky fragrances and I enjoy many different musky interpretations but when it's "cat like" (clean and animalic) it's challenging for me

Good morning, Yana! I've tried Mure et Musc extreme. Liked it. ❤
need to try it! Thanks for letting me know that Heather;)
@@Tommelise it's Blackberry, don't know if you enjoy that note, light, airy close to the skin.
Love the saffron scent. Not the one in the video. The actual saffron one.
I'm first. :) Looking forward to watching these reviews.

Hi James:) So far I've gotten only one fragrance from my wishlist and we are already in MARCH:))
I followed your recommendation and have some samples coming, thank you for letting us know about this opportunity to try new scents!
Mure et Musc is so lovely. I really like this house. Your description of Couleur Vanille has piqued my interest. Great and useful video! Looking forward to looking through more of your vids
And I am looking forward to hear from you soon!!! I would say Couleur Vanille is definitely worth trying

You are welcome! ❤️

I will order a couple of samples on the website, especially the vanille one. Your hair is gorgeous Yana. 😮😀
Which ones will you get? Please get noir exquist
Your love for frangances is just... ❤️
😘😘😘
Noir exquis is addictive. Love it!
put it on. SO GOOD!

ahhaha, all right notes in right places. You are like always:)
That's so funny here in France I can have them for less than 50e, I was totally not looking at them for this reason, but i'll check them!
Oh definitely do! Lucky you 😉it's such a classy brand
They sound wonderful. Love the house. ❤️😘
They are wonderful indeed:) can you please name a few favorites?

It seems like they have awesome gourmands which is great because it's not that easy to find well done sweet fragrances
PLEASE REVIEW MOLECULE 1
Hi Yanna I am very interested in this house , love your hair , thanks for the video 🤗

How’s L'Artisan
Parfumeur house? Is it worth it?
Yeah for sure
I'm not too familiar with the house, so it's great to learn more about it from you 🙏
hm..well so far I like their scents
