Honestly, Devons‘s arrogance got him caught up. He really believed he would walk through Ryan and he was the one that said there would be no rematch, he was the one that said weight was not an issue, he even made money off of Ryan coming in 3 pounds overweight And now he’s crying. I personally don’t think Ryan cheated and I was actually going for haney initially. But now he’s coming across like a entitled spoiled brat. You know what I think happened I think Devin found out how much money Ryan and tank made off of their fight. Ryan said he ate like a mofo from the tank fight because they sold 1.3 million pay-per-views so Devin saw that Ryan and tank both probably made like 40 million dollars a piece or 50 million dollars a piece from their fight so Devin got greedy and wanted that money. Devin probably thought even if he sold half that many pay-per-views he would at least get you know 20-30 million. He wasn't making that type of money before even with his big title fight she was making with 4 million or 6 million when he was Undisputed but when he first fucking BOCES I think he only made with one or two million. He wasn't making no 30 million or 40 million. So he saw that type of money that Ryan and tank was making and he got greedy and wanted in and even when Ryan missed weight he didn't care he was thinking about that money
So Devin is supposed to be the consummate professional LOL says the guy who jumps out of shape civilian at the county fair SMH not only did Devin not give the guy a fair fight, he jumped a civilian to where it was Devon in like three of his buddies against this one guy. How could it be unjust enrichment if Devin and Ryan already had set purses and set percentages of the Pay-Per-View? Unjust enrichment would be like if Ryan won the fight he gets an extra 5 million dollars or something like that. Ryan's popularity and boxing record and all that already got him paid what he was set to get to begin with so how is unjust enrichment even possible? SMH in the front part is going to get thrown out the window as far as Ryan missing weight because Devin had a choice and Devin chose to fight Ryan knowing he missed weight and even accepted payment for Ryan missing weight. So how in the heck can Devin Sue after he already accepted a payment LOL and then the whole steroid / ped thing with the ostarine, from what I've read and from what I've heard, Devin has to prove intent. With the small miniscule amount of ostarine and Ryan's system is easily going to show that there was no intent in Ryan trying to gain an advantage by using ostarine. And then they can show the timeline with Ryan passing all his drug test all the way up into the fight so for Ryan to use ostarine in a 14-day span and think that he's going to gain in Advantage is laughable, especially when they see the small amount in Ryan's system. It's easily going to show that it was from cross-contamination. So I don't get why Devin's filing this big old lawsuit LOL because it looks like most of it is going to get tossed out. If Devin was taking Oscar De La Hoya and Golden Boy to court to try to get the rest of his pay-per-view money then I could kind of understand that if he hasn't been paid yet but to try to sue Ryan on all these little bogus lawsuits is laughable because Devin just can't accept that he got his ass whooped. And I don't even like Ryan garcia, when Ryan and tank were fighting I was rooting for tank and I was laughing and cheering when tank dropped Ryan LOL I'm not giving a crap about Ryan I'm going off of Just what's fair and what's real and if Ryan would have had you know hundreds or thousands of NG of anything in the system I would call him a cheat but I'm not going to call someone to cheat that passed every test up until a week before the fight and it's showing that he has a billionth of a gram of a very weak ped, asterin.
