I enjoy your vlog style! I tend to get overwhelmed with so many people doing daily vlogs. I listen to them as background noise when I work from home. I typically work from home 2-3 days a week so I am VERY behind of vlogs, so vlogs that are multiple days combined in one are less overwhelming even if they are an hour long.
I love this weekly format. So much more digestable and really enjoying to watch. Happy holidays!

Hi Emily! Yes, I’m still watching Vlogmases in January 😃. I just stumbled upon yours after Stacy mentioned you in her Vlogmas. I also got a StressKnits advent and I’m knitting an Anthology Throw with it as I watch this. Anyway, I also dye yarn and I think I know what the problem was with the tomato yarn. I think you said it was cotton? Plant fibers actually dye totally differently than animal fibers (I don’t actually know how they take dye because I only dye wool), but that’s why the citric acid didn’t work in binding the color to the fiber. I’m not even sure if you need an entirely different type of dye either. I think Dharma and the other dye companies do offer something that would work, if you’re still interested. Hope that helps!
