I went into this with 35 lb 25 lb & 15 lb DB's ... AND BOY did i have to use em all. It became progressively more challenging and definitely overloaded the muscle even with lightweight. Loved this all the way through.
So I finished the 42 day shred playlist now Im integrating these into my workouts during the week. I challenged myself to be great this year and I'm glad I'm showing up for myself. These workouts are fun and easy to understand but very hard hahaha I love every second thank you.

Day 2 just completed. Burpees were invented for torture!! Some of the exercises were a really hard, but it made me feel better to see you struggle, too. lol
haha. yes, burpees are the devil... and I kind of like them 😈 But really, great job. Modify any of the exercises as needed, the most important thing is that you get through the workout. I'll struggle through them just like you, no shame in that! Just keep on pushing yourself! You got this. 👊🏼

This is workout is awesome - every exercise is different - 12 reps for each major muscle group - abs, chest, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Tough for me.
I tried this one again. Definitely did better this time than I did 2 months ago. I had total body quiver during the planks. I typically do just one of your workouts a week because I workout with friends during the week. We are heading to the beach in a week and I’m going to follow along that full week. I’m bringing two sets of DBs. Looking forward to it.

Started the plan yesterday. Day 1 killed me. At the end I was like Forrest Gump when he had the leg braces. However, loved day 2. It s my type of workout with the dumbbells. Not gonna lie, I skipped the push ups...don t like them. Can't wait for day 3! Thanks Dan!!! All the best to both of you!

I’ve been doing your workouts for like 3 days and I’ve seen changes in my arms they have gotten way bigger there about 7-8 inches I’m 13 btw I’m training for rugby union thanks 🙏 I normally play rugby with the year 10 and I put a fight also I’m 5’8 (Samoan genes) and I’m about 60 kilos nice kitchen btw

I'm really enjoying the newness and freshness of your programmes and can already feel that I'm working much harder.
