never thought I'd find a make up how to for Helga, soo glad I found this... she on my list of cosplays.. but i already have plans for a future disneybound too. personally, for wigs, i like the patty hose like caps because you can use the i'm freezing hair spray to keep the wig stuck to one head. :D
