I am thinking of a Hassleblad. In the end, I went ahead with my second M camera although I already have the M11. Anyway, the Hassleblad is still calling me, my AD is still saying the 907X is the one to go, I would prefer the X2D.
Looks like your are in the Blue Mountains 👍 I'm In Katoomba. The light can be tricky up here hey? Sometimes too bright, sometimes too hazy. I can't guess you new camera, Panasonic?
i love blue mountains so much !! i try to go every week for photography but as you mentioned it is quite tricky. I will bring my new camera in the next video :)
Hmmm… Think you might regret that decision. I’m just about to pick up the new 907X 100 combo to pair with my LeicaM11P. I’ve sold favourite cameras in the past (mainly Leica)…. lesson learned!
I still miss the image quality and look of 907x, but mainly because i use camera in the rain but my other weather condition, i dont think it is suitable for me 🥲
Just sold my 907x also, def hurt but for how I shoot its just not usable enough for the money. Absolutely adored every min of owning it, but there is just something too slow about it for my taste. Mounted to my 500 cm it was amazing, but I can't lug that combo around everywhere. I'll prob buy one in the future but for now just not worth holding onto.
Mate not sure where you are going. You have hiked into the mountains at the wrong time of day with hideous bright overhead light. You have taken three different camera systems with you. I suspect you are a gear head with little or no idea
I totally understood the reason for the high Prices. And totally understand to sold the cam to have money to buy more cheaper equipment or simple… you’re rent for your home. But when you love the Image quality and handling so much, why don’t you buy cheaper Zoom lenses for the 500c? Best regards
All you photo vloggers are the same. First you make a video about how great the equipment is, that it is your best choice, that it is a dream camera and nothing can replace it, and then... after a few months you make a film about the reasons for selling it. This is embarrassing. You're not the first. This is the standard and it makes vloggers an unreliable source of information. 1) When you bought this camera, didn't you know it wasn't waterproof and dustproof? It's written in the manual. 2) When you bought this camera, didn't you know it wasn't waterproof and dustproof? It's written in the manual. I understand that if you don't know the prices, you shouldn't buy a Hasselblad...? This is really embarrassing.
I agree about these prices! An acquaitance attended a Magnum workshop ,taking his new at time, Leica 240.The Magnum guy commented you cannot be a pro! We can't afford such gear. I am not sure those expensive rigs, are all that better. Even if they are, I don't care! Edward Weston had terrible lenses! I seen original 8x10 prints! Look at used, look at older! Less is more! Don't carry such a big, heavy bag! I always preferred smaller cameras. Even as a pro, I carried the least! Oh! My Leica M3 (bought new 1967) is still in use! 56 years! Remember one life, Enjoy each moment!
Sad for you that you had to sell the camera but it's completely understandable! Those prices are outrageous! I wonder whether Fujifilm might make a similar form factor camera for their GFX series? That would be interesting. They also would be able to weather seal it because they wouldn't be trying to make it compatible with film cameras.
$1000 for the 45p. Sony, Canon everyone has more expensive lenses. Hassy were never cheap. How did you buy an expensive body and then complain about can’t afford a lens?
We feel disappointed and cheated since the company is stopping the H system that we paid so dearly for. The company offers very few more years of technical support. All the professionals are selling the H system and buying the Fuji system which offers cheaper but reliable support and new bodies respectively Hasselblad's H system and the new Miroless. Why doesn't Hasselblad understand the competition? So many professionals have invested in the H system and she's scrapping it? It provides accurate support for a few years while other companies with similar systems still provide support for their older systems. Let's at least make a new miroless system in the dimensions of the H system so we can use the H lenses in the future and extend the technical support for the H system to 15 years. End this disappointment to those who make such an expensive investment in it. Otherwise we will feel cheated and abandoned by the company.
I wanted to try H system as well but somehow haven't tried yet. it is sad that they discontinued H system all of sudden, then could have better way to do that I think.. So, what system do you currently use?
A completely understandable reaction. I wonder whether they would have done anything like that back when they were still an independent company and not a subsidiary of DJI from China.
@@RYANPARKPHOTOGRAPHY Thanks for making the video, I enjoyed it:) I am sticking with medium format. So I am using the GFX system from Fujifilm. Much better lens prices:)

why dont use sensor with older film 500c/m cameras and old lenses ?
he doesnt like the air that pushes dust onto the sensor and isnt confident in cleaning the sensor All the time, fair enough.
I bought a used x1d and have the 45mm p that will be the only native lens I get. The rest will be adapted. That is what if found to work
2:21 is this scratched buttons on the middle frame?

you can put Hasselblad H lenses (used). They are very good and way more cheap.
i was thinking to do that as well but couldnt find lens locally 😢 i still love the photos that i made with with camera🥹
@@RYANPARKPHOTOGRAPHY You can find the lenses at MPB.
That’s funny quote. Thorston Ovgaard said the same thing before.
Which one?

it is such a beautiful camera but not for everyone for sure.. i loved it but not suitable for my purpose 🥲
So what camera did you exchange it for?
i moved to leica sl system for digtal for now
So honest. Thanks
Thanks for watching!

thanks for watching :) and not everyone read manual when you buy it and not everyone research about all the specs ☺️ i bought it as i wanted 🥹
you sound so sad in the video.. i feel it.. when you let go of a hasselblad...
:( it’s gone already

Looks like you failed to make a video with this new secret camera. Why do I follow
this beautiful camera is not the right camera to me..
One of the main reasons I've thought about selling mine as well. I couldn't afford a single XCD lens and only use it on the 500cm.
Same story 🥲. But i really enjoyed the camera for sure!

@@zetaphotography6548 for $1000 you buy much higher quality glass in Sony / Canon systems than a 45p f/4
I'm thinking of selling mine for the same reason. Thanks for the video.
it is such an beautiful camera though…

I also sold my X1D because I want to expand my lenses. I can't do that with Hasselblad because of the lens prices.
Thanks for watching! so, what system do you use now?

Very confused ! since you loved it, why you have to sell it.
