Sheikh when i was listening to this audio first i feel something is going on in my feets and legs after 10 minutes i feeling something is happening me my head is spinning. I had to stop it at 12 minutes.

The longer you listen the better, wear headphones shut your eyes and focus on the recitation and listen with absolute concentration and ask Allah to show you if you are afflicted or not. Then listen and see if you feel anything.

Agr aapne taweez pehni hai toh aapko kabhi shifa nhi milegi isliye pehle taweez utariye or Allah se tauba kariye apni gunaaho ke liye.
