Hey everyone, If you have any suggestions for strategies (Zerg/Protoss/Terran) do let me know! the sources of these different games vary greatly in quality. The highlights are very fun though. If you want to support the channel, please find us on Patreon: patreon.com/SC2HL
Zest is a beast. Just evolved every step of the way and made good calculated calls. Solar didn't do a lot wrong ,just got out thought on a few tactics. Great game.
Bro i love these so much. As a guy who loves to watch SC2 pro matches every once in a while but doesnt have the time to watch a full tournament anymore, i REALLY appreciate your channel a lot! This is by far the best collection of protoss funny and cool games you have made so far. That last game was a sky-toss enjoyer's dream especially with that finale. And the Has game is just the wackiest SC game i have ever seen. LMAO! So good, pls keep making these! GG
@@jtrax2214 yeah I wondered about the liberator range icon as well, but luckily the observer hovered over it for a few seconds and I was able to figure that one out. Thanks for the additional info though, I'm thoroughly impressed by your deep knowledge in the game's history
Omg I've always wondered why pros don't cheese a random hidden base, I figured it was bad if the opponent scouts it. That game between has and happy was beautiful
@chizypuff pros sometimes do cheese hidden bases, it's usually a gold base or when they are losing. However usually the risk/reward is not in their favor.
i knew it! i wasnt crazy!.. ive been searching that first game for a long time i just forget who was the players are coz its a crazy game when i first watch it XD
Magnifique la 2eme game on se croirait en Bronze 🤣🤣🤣 Max pax un boss comme toujours et zest la fin est parfaite même si je pense qu'il pouvait la gagner avant et que dire de sa gestion des Viper magnifique ❤️
The psycology of that Has game was so interesting. These players always scout every base every game. If high-level players are against one another and you notice that in the mid to late game that your hidden bases haven't been seen yet, then it's because the opposition has a hidden base too. The idea is that if you attack a hidden base, you attract attention from the opponent to go to the unscouted sectors. That's why Terran, the most drop-heavy race, didn't do any drops/scouting that game.
@@N1rOx The thing is you do not need to be decent to win with skytoss, but you need to be decent to defeat it. You see, you don't have to be as good as your opponent to defeat them if you just play skytoss, this already shows how OP it is.
@@yuxiang3147 you do at the higher levels and that's all that matters. If you're having trouble with skytoss you just need to get better. It is hard to beat if you arent good at the game.
Ah yes, back before they nerfed Void Rays so hard that you literally don't see them at all anymore. Because what we needed was for Protoss's one saving grace -- their air army -- to be even weaker.
@@Josh-99 yea but I thought the movespeed is still better than before (and flux vanes didnt exist then either) You'd only really build them to counter corrupters tho I guess
@@anima94 You build Stalkers and Archons to counter Corruptors. Void Rays are now too expensive and build too slowly to lose in a fight against Corruptors. They were never even that great against the large numbers of Corruptors Zerg can make unless you can get a LOT of them, as the Corruptor's speed and burst damage let them micro against the much slower Void Rays.
I hope they can remove the strange drawback of prismatic alignment that slows down voidrays when it is activated. It is strange to have an ability that makes a unit non-microable without enlongate the fire range like siege units. Prismatic alignment even makes the speed upgrade (flux vanes) disappears as well. An ability removes an upgrade. What a smart design! Imagine a stim that slows down the units and only deals extra damage to armored and doesn't cost hit point. Useless right? It also makes the skill level gap smaller. Why they make voidray so criple and low-skill favor? Maybe they can make flux vanes upgrade more expensive and remove the drawback of prismatic alignment if flux vanes complete. That will be very cool to see pros kite voidrays to deal with corruptors or to punish over-estimatedly positioned vikings with prismatic alignment. Voidrays's attack model is similar to marine!

Love the commentating, lmao!
"This fool doesn't even know!"
"Ehehehehehehehehehe!"

8:00
Happy: "This fool doesn't know... (that I have 2 hidden bases)"
Has: _[laughs in 2 casters]_
That last recall was so satisfying to watch

Zest wanted to show off with that recall 😄

that last game's end was classyyyy
"Heh... This fool doesn't know about my hidden Command Centers."
I love how confused harstem and lambo were xdd
What a crazy finish in that last game!
That Zest Play was High IQ🫡
8:56 , HOLY FUCK Recall was literally instant back in the day, huh? I totally forgot...
LOVE a good mothership recall on some Filthy Zerg. 😂
Base Heart of the swarm 1v1 was the most entertaining in the series.
8:51 How is it that casters always start screaming at the same time and also correct themselves to the same pitch?
I could have sworn I heard a baby at 0:06 seconds

What is that protoss research in the production tab?
It might be shield 1. The gamma is a little high
@@gambitraider5475 Might have figured it out, I think it's an old icon for the resonating glaives research.

The match Has vs. Happy was the lowest level I have ever seen in the pro-gaming scene :-D
Zest is beast
Please enable 1440k for your content ! it will great. Great stream !

Can someone explain why has went mass adept?
Because he loves to try crazy stuff, and the combination of air and mass adept ended being not too bad in the end as adepts slaughter marines.
Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One
Game 2 feels like clown fiesta
Nothing from king of speshul taktics? ;)
Is that happy from wc3?
Yes!
Has micro is suck, but his style that makes people always surprised is top tier you just gotta admitted it
Mass marines claps all that ❤😂
I stopped playing protoss after it was continuosly nerfed to shit.
Best toss strategy ever is 4 warp gate push, olds will understand.
skytoss is just too OP, should nerf for sure, it's just so easy and powerful that makes the game brainless.
Skytoss is easy to defeat if you are decent at the game. If you're not, well, yeah, you're fucked.

Aren't voidrays still stronger than they were 2 years ago before the buff? I agree that Protoss air is ass now tho with the carrier nerf on top
@@anima94 The unit hasn't changed.
The unit cost and build time increased to the point where it isn't worthwhile.
