Let's suppose I work in QA but I want to shift to development. And supposedly i learnt everything required for a role. But, when we showcase our knowledge in resume, they reject saying you don't have hand's on experience.
Ultimately we have to lie the hands on experience. Why can't they understand that a person with knowledge are getting neglected.

Companies should Limit BGV for specific time period as well mention in offer letter ( like 3, 5 ,7 or 11 years of genuine exp. years) to avoid both side frustration. Employee should be asked to leave only for economic or performance reasons..

Hello Sir, I'm in a MNC as a fresher and on bench for approx. 9 months, I'm not getting tagged into any projects. So, if I am switching my organization, should I mention my current MNC's name in my resume or not because still I only have a freshers knowledge on the domain rather than expert knowledge. Also, if I am not mentioning my current organization, then for any other organization interview how should I deal with my gap in that new organization?

You should add that experience in your resume doesn't matter you are on bench ..show them in interview you are on project ...nobody is expecting you that you are an expert after 9 month

Main ek hi time pe 2 companies mein job ki hai Ek IT company mein and doosre non IT mein...PF deduction non IT mejn hota tha, IT waali mein PF nhi deduct hota tha. Lekin main ab company change krra hu aur experience IT waali ka show krra hu jisme PF nhi tha.
Kya new company UAN ya PF mein check kregi last company ka name kyunki usme toh non IT waali company ka name show hoga na jo maine resume mein nhi dala h.

I need a suggestion, i am python backend developer also worked in front end, i have total 1 year of experience, 6 month on one company and 6 month of another company all genuine experience and i and very much expertise in it, i cleared the interview of one Indian mnc but i adding three years of experience, means I added 2 year of fake experience as a associate developer, then added 1 year of genuine (6-6 months) experience, i do have an experience letter of that company, and training institute promised me that they have contact with the HR of that company and they will clear it easily, is there any need to worry ? Please input some suggestions.

However, while trying these methods candidate would have shared fresher resume with many HRs/LinkedIn/Naukri etc. Now whe candidate decides to update resume with fake experience, would it not get caught ? How to deal with this ?
Just update naukri and linked-in... Nobody is saving freshers resume in system/Database for long time

My old company is not providing me the Form 16 stating we are not registered for PF. but new company HR saying it's mandatory to submit form 16. I'm stuck in this situation. Suppose I join in any middle level IT company with 1.5 year fake experience and after served 1.5 year in that middle level company and then decided to join in Top mnc companies like TCS, infocys, wipro, IBM with showing current original company experience letter. And after joined in those mnc companies then any further problems will I have to face for background verification.

I joined a company after my Engg 2021 passout. There was 5 months training full stack, and from then after training i am on bench no project.. Now hr told me they will terminate me.. if i dont get project within 2 weeks... what if i get terminate...? should i try in diff company as fresher again or With fake experience that i have done project for 4-5 mnths ??but I'll get experience letter from company

Sir, Agar co. experience letter issue nahi kar rahi only because maine 4 month mein co. se resign kar diya, including notice period time. Resign isliye diya kyunki meri job TCS mein lag gai. Aab tcs joining postpone hogai hai only because mere pass relieving/experience letter nahi hai aur meri last company ne puri trah se mana kar diya documents release karne se kyunki maine organisation se jaldi resign kar diya. Mere pass offer/appointment letter, 2 month salary slip, Pf deduction details sab hai except experience letter. Is case mein kya kiya jae. Kya mujhe ex employee ka experience letter edit karke submit kar dena chahiye ? Document agar submit nahi kiya too mera appointment terminate hosakta hai. Bohat tricky situation mein hun.
Resignation email aur confirmation hai tumhare paas ? Jab tumne Resignation email Kari thi tab BCC me TCS ke HR ko rakhana chahiye tha ... BTW TCS ke HR ko Bata sakte ho aur resignation email (with confirmation) dikha sakte ho or bank statement dikha sakte ho ....not a big issue

Jiski wajah se TCS onboarding team usse accept nahi kar rahi aur joining postpone kar diya. Aab recruiter keh rahe hai experience/relieving letter dikhao kafi waqt hogya. Offer letter, salary slip, pf details already share kar di hai tcs i begin portal mein. my last company is just like a startup, there was no hierarchy in management. owner is managing HR stuffs. it is more like a ego thing, i left the organisation too early thats why she is behaving like this. Even TCS team is not understanding my situation. Don’t know what to do next.
