I was glad to see that Jeongyeon did participate in the MV despite her partial break in Twice group activities. I don't think you noticed since you didn't mention it, but she's not in the choreography scenes. Only solo shots and a few group scenes.

Here they are using "kura kura", to express the feeling of "losing your head in love". When you fall in love with somebody and can't control yourself. "Lose control, of my heart and soul." [Note] In Japanese, it basically depends on how you pronounce the word that defines in what context you are trying to use it. Example = The world famous "nani" really just means "what", but the way they pronounce it in anime is used to express things like "disbelief" , "confusion", and "bewilderment". ◄ American equivalence... WTF?!? 🤭

Kura Kura is basically a love song to Onces. Twice wanted to send love to us since they've received so much this pandemic. It's a way of comforting us and reminding us that our love for each other haven't faded at all despite not being able to see each other for a year now since they've cancelled the concert last year.
My own understanding of this song is about the different kind of love you'll get with a specific person. Nayeon, Sana, and Jihyos are more on a positive side of love. Jeongyeon, Chaeyoung, and Tyuzu are on the sad and negative side while Momo, Mina and Dubus are either positive or negative or balanced? Not really sure about theirs. But despite the beautiful or sad visuals, there are still deep meaning of the song and the lyrics is more on positive side so its kinda hard to understand the main message of the Song but for sure we all know its about Love
