We just finished painting our entire home and Ballet White was the main interior colour. We added pops of colour throughout the home and Ballet White paired amazing with BM Intrigue for the office, BM October Mist for a powder room and sunroom, BM Revere Pewter in the master bedroom and BM Millstone Gray in the front porch of our historical home. Simply put Ballet 🩰 white was the perfect neutral to balance and freshen up our home. I’m certain I will love it for years to come!
Would love to see an episode or episodes dedicated to environments that are only lit by artificial light and don’t get any sunlight. What colors would work best and how the color temperature of the artificial light would affect the color. Probably a pretty complicated subject that couldn’t be covered in one video but one that I know you have the ability to help people tackle.
My living room, dining room, hallways and master bedroom are all painted Ballet White with Chantilly Lace trim and crown. It’s bright without being boring. It goes with everything!

I bought over 50 paint colors and this was the perfect white/creamy with perfect amount of brightness under neutral color, it matches cool and warm colors, looks good with diamond or sparkle decor too. Had gray everything and was going for beige my favorite in the kitchen cabinets but not too beige or older, not too bright and white, obviously not too gray or neutral.
Ballet white became one of my favorite colors of all time! It's so beautiful elegant and creamy. I paired it with Swiss Coffee and they looked beautiful together. I also did a beautifu softl peach wall accent with ballet white as the neutral grounding base and again... This color is a star!

I chose Ashley Gray for my main living room with White Dove for my trim. Hallway I chose Revere Pewter. It's cool seeing a channel that reviews the same colors I've chosen. Would like to see you do an in depth video about Ashley Gray. It's a really great darker Greige I simply love it & would like to see The Paint Peoples opinion on how it stacks up.
I just got a sample of Ballet White and Dove Wing for my north facing livingroom will see what it looks like in daylight. (I use the square plastic bendable craft paper in bundles on Amazon. Works fabulous for paint swatches. I use both sides -when i eliminate a color flip and paint other side.) Ballet White will actually match my blinds. My husband wants white and nobody likes creams, pink undertones. Anything "greige" pulls grey/blue and clashes with my warm furnishings and washes out. color and looks dingy.
MAYDAY! I can't figure out what color should I use on walls. I want a white/off-white to be "visible" if that makes sense, with some depth but not to be much different from trims in chantilly lace or simply white. What color should I choose? In my place I want oak chevron on the floor, classic moulding + barcelona chairs, modern simple furniture, gold light fixtures (kind of french modern). Good amount of natural light. My "paint people" are useless 😂 I need your wisdom, your guidence, your intuition and experience 😉

Hi Jennifer! You sure can! Since it's LRV is lower than other whites, it works great on exterior trim. For interiors, I might pair it with a darker color. What were you thinking for the walls?
Can’t believe you mentioned glass slipper lol. I painted my whole home color glass slipper , open Consept w double story high ceilings. Dark floors and north facing. Huge mistake. Found you guys bc I need new color
Yeahhhh... I tend to prefer cooler colours in smaller doses. 🤣 We have a lighting series coming up, and we'll be getting to North facing tips at some point soon!
Maybe you could leave some of the walls in Glass Slipper and then find a warmer colour for the main walls. I would imagine that your house feels quite cool, temperature wise : )) The Ballet White really did look nice with Glass Slipper.

@@anabaratta8171 The Chantilly Lace on the trim and crown is semi-gloss. Chantilly Lace is also on the ceilings, but it is done in flat paint.

I'm trying to look for something similar to Swiss Coffee but something that won't make my cream colored couch look dingy.
I enjoy these color videos. Color can be tricky if don't have an eye for it. Undertones are critical when pairing with wood tones.

It actually has the perfect amount of brightness even in shaded areas. Out of all my swatches oyster white was a little more creamy.

They are very similar! Gray Mist is just a hair lighter and a bit cooler/slightly more Gray. But very very similar!
