I am so sorry about the Audio guys. My Mic did me shege 😂. I did try to fix it during editing but alas, I did not win this battle 😢. Next video is going to be better I promise 🙏
Ameerat Al Arab is the best scent you’ve ever recommended FOR ME it truly is a favourite😍. I can’t say the same for your fav Andaleeb maybe I need to “macerate” it too😅
I should have done this particular video a few months ago when I was tagged by my faves. But in 2023 I had a baby and I had to take frequent breaks to care for her and myself. During these times I didn't really wear perfumes. Also, my daughter is very sensitive to fragrances so I've been super careful with how much I wear around her. Basically I didn't make a lot of perfume dents in 2023 so I can't make that video. Hoping to dive in deeper this year though 🤗❤️
I am so glad that we both love it 😁😁. The love snuck up on me though 😁. Happy new year Lebo! This year, I pray that you get all of your heart desires 🤗
Thank you for this new lovely video. I have only ameerat Al arabia of these and I enjoyed it quite a lot last summer. But I managed to get it only near fall, so too soon it was time to put it away and make room for fall fragrances. On spring I can play more with it, I don't know if it it would be so good on this cold weather. But, by the way, I'm afraid you are following other UA-camrs on minor error on wording. Macerate means putting for example herbs or fruits on some solution liquid like oil or alcohol to absorb wanted ingredients either by hot or cold method. I use it regularly for home made cosmetics. For example taking calendula flowers, filling glass bowl with them, adding base oil and letting it sit about a month on stable condition. After that I strain the flowers away and stock the oil for use. With perfumes someone used term mature and that might be better. I'm not actually sure, but it seems especially more affordable ME houses often sell products that are not fully settled. Like best cheese or wine, they'll get better if they are let to age on cool and darkish place. Looks like most of the more expensive perfumes are ready to be used when they are sold. Either the materials used ate different or making are stocking them till their smell is ready. Seems that during last 2-3 years there has been growing demand world wide for ME perfumes. Also during that time there started to be lots of complains of some of the hugely hyped perfumes and their newer batches being lacking in strength. After that, slowly the advice of letting the perfumes macerate or rather mature spread world wide as well.
Yes a lot of attention has been on Middle Eastern Perfumes the last couple of years. I agree with you except on the maceration aspect. I actually googled it a year ago to make sure that I'm actually using the right lingo and not misinforming my audience. It does mean what I explained in this video. Your comments mean so much to me Ava. Thank you for always being here with me 🤗❤️
Will keeping a fragrance in its original retail box hamper the process or slow it down even further? I have a perfume that i blind bought and i absolutely did not like it, it as way too powdery for me and the other notes just weren't noticeable to my nose. I had it for a year and i would always spray it once and put it back in its box just to see if i still didn't like it. I then decided to take it out of its box and keep it outside in my room to use as some sort of scent for my linens and sheets. After just a couple of weeks to my surprise one day, i notice that the scent has changed completely! Now i DO smell all the other notes and i really like it. I just noticed this yesterday and I've been spraying the scent on my ever since just to make sure I'm not hallucinating because its been so long I've had this fragrance and only now when its out of its box has it finally changed.
Hmm, I think you're right. Maybe there's something about it being cooped up in the box that encourages it to remain the same. But the moment you get it out and expose it to atmospheric pressure and temperature it changes!
It's because they produce such large quantities in the shortest time so they don't allow them to fully mature. That's the price you have to pay for the price. Mind you, even some designer and niche fragrances do better with time so....
I haven't tried Ameerat Al Arabia yet but I've tried the Prive Rose and i absolutely love it, I'm so thankful i decided not to get sutoor other wise i would have been pained to buy something that smells like rotten fruit😩
I marcerated my Heibah for 2 months and i like it now 😂. The orange blossom is popping now and it doesn't smell that dry(?) anymore. It lasts 6 hours+ now on my skin now. Before, it was less than 2 hrs.

I would LOVE another maceration video. I was so excited for this❤
@@H.A.-zr2wc More coming I promise. Maybe I'll give the rest 3 months as well..
Sutoor is a banger perfume, I don't know why you don't like it. I think it's your body chemistry against it .
Ah it didn't work oh, I don't like it at all 😣

Ooh wow really? I'm so glad you like it. Don't worry, you will sneakily fall in love with Andaleeb too 😁😁
Lol if you're like me, you'll never fall in love with Andaleeb. I've had this since May 2023 and I still don't love it 😂
Please do a video on your most dented perfumes of 2023

It’s annoying that we have to wait 3 months just to use a ready-made perfume for it to perform as intended.
Yeah, very annoying that we have to wait so long for a perfume to reach it's full potential 😔

No audio at all for my end. Tested on 3 phones
Oh my. Na big problem be this oh 😭
The red Ameerat al Arab smelled like diluted fruits for me maybe I should wait 😂 but I liked the pink one more
Oooh, you should wait a while. It turns into something beautiful and so enjoyable 😉❤️

sorry but the correct term is maturation not maceration
It is maceration. Look it up. Fragrance community term.
