Been watching Trish since elementary school, & I kid you NOT she was my binge eating buddy, I would order the exact same order as her & eat with her in front of my dads laptop. She was the only person who didn't make me feel like absolute crap in my own body for wanting to find an outlet (although not the healthiest) to express what I felt inside. No one else got it but Trish. She had no idea who i was but truthfully helped me through SO much! Most of those videos are gone now because she was at a really vulnerable point in her life but I genuinely hope she knows what a heart of gold she has & how much she helped little me grow. I was 13 then, I'm now 22 about to be 23 in July, about to have my first baby anytime this upcoming week. So proud of how far you've come Trish!! Sweet! I was a binge eater early in life, too, and Trisha is the first person I've been able to relate with over that, even though I've been recovered from it for a long time now. The tendency sticks with you in the back of your mind always. You're always aware of that line between emotional eating and being aware of your actual hunger. Like any addiction, you're on the alert to catch when you might be slipping back.

@@Zav369 she had a c section the first time and was definitely not laid up in bed for weeks, in all actuality, they want you up and walking asap to avoid blood clots etc.

I have heard so many horror stories of women taking forever to recover and having to be taken care of for weeks because it's even hard to sit up without help. I can't even imagine. I totally get it when it's medically necessary, but I was grateful to be up and rinsing off minutes after birth and being able to do whatever I wanted to around the house. I would not have done well being bossed around in a hospital! Our third came a few minutes before our midwife even arrived, so it was basically a freebirthing experience.

In the past 5 years or so her eating habits have gotten worse. Trisha doesn't realize how much inflammation and swelling she has (pregnant or not) because she lives with it every day and its become her normal. If she eliminated the salt, pasta, etc for a few days she'd notice a big difference and immediately recognize when she gets swollen from eating crap but she can't cut out the junk even for a few days to see the difference. I feel bad for her. Food addiction is real.
@@aileenc2351 Sadly, she doesn't care though - and neither does Moses. He seems comfortable with the junk food diet they are on, and feeding their toddler fast food when she was still a baby. Hopefully, they will turn it around before health issues crop up, but diabetes, heart disease, and other degenerative diseases are no joke.
