@Marc Carran It's kind of the national drink along with chicha morada. There are a lot of US importers. Most Peruvian restaurants will offer as well. I live in the SF Bay Area, and it's easily accessible here, even in upscale Peruvian restaurants like La Mer.
As a spaniard, I knew that they would like the churros with chocolate. :P But we eat that as a special treat for breakfast or evening snack. In my family at least we take them once per month, but not everyday. Thanks to the channel for bringing a piece of Spain to them.
Just so you know, Americans put maple syrup on pancakes (I think you already had them try this way in the McDonald's breakfast video). They do not eat pancakes this way with chocolate and all these things on it. Maybe bananas or apples with cinnamon if they are being fancy.
"It's like asphalt." Manzoor kills me. Parvati's right - you shouldn't use chocolate as a pancake topping. That Japanese one was pretty polarizing! I expected nearly all of them to hate it, but it did better than I imagined.
Aiii... I'm from Belgium.. we don't eat bel-gem waffles for breakfast . We eat boterkoeken or bread and charcutterie or cereal.. maybe a boiled egg with soldiers. If we eat waffles... it's either Liége waffles .. usually from a waffle truck or stand or Brussels waffles, the large crunchy kind , in a tea room or restaurant.. with brown sugar, créme fraiche, or some powder sugar... What you gave those people are bel-gem waffles .. look them up.. they were introduced in the world fair by a belgian entrepreneur but they don't represent anything belgian. Also.. fruit on waffles.. very american.... we started doing it here because tourists kept asking for it. Things to look up.. Liége waffles, Brussels waffles. Very good stuff.
I never imagined they'd try churros! I'm glad they did tho, as a spanish I love churros so much so I'm glad they didn't dislike it as much as I thought they would!
The only thing I'll say here is that most Americans if they eat pancakes it's with syrup and butter, while pancakes are breakfast food I would have liked to have seen them eat eggs bacon and hash browns that's typically more of a Breakfast in America. and I never realized churros were a breakfast food in Spain they are considered a dessert in America, very delicious, love these videos
They might enjoy a full Japanese breakfast. In addition to the fish, there's rice, an omelette, miso soup, and pickled vegetables. Maybe skip the natto (fermented soybeans), as the smell alone can be overwhelming.
Hi I’ve recently just discovered your channel and have been binge watching your content . I really enjoy their reactions. Also, perhaps they would have enjoyed the pancakes more if they were given syrup on the side as an option
I'd love to see a "controversial foods" episode where everyone decides if they either love or hate a bunch of love-or-hate foods like mayonnaise, licorice, olives, pineapple pizza, anchovies, etc.
Lol. Here in Spain churros are longer and are usually eaten when still hot (like really hot). We eat them with chocolate or with plain sugar. I loved seen all of you enjoying them. ❤️❤️😊
To be honest you should give them pickle and fermented bean for Japanese breakfast. People do eat that fish in breakfast but it came in set with Miso soup and rice.
To be honest, I have a hard time understanding the peoples of this world, that eat what's essentially dinner foods for breakfast. Whether we're talking about the japanese like you described, or the english, with their eggs and bacon, sausages, beans, toast, and black (blood) pudding, for breakfast. But I can get behind a sandwich or toast, and maybe with egg and bacon. But to make it kinda like a full dinner, is weird to me. And dinner foods itself, eaten for breakfast. But normally, I usually eat some sandwiches, or if I'm feeling lazy, some cereal with milk, for my breakfast. And toast is great, but I hardly make it as often as when I was younger, these days. But I do make it occasionally. And my favourite bread toasted with coldcut chorizo (like chorizo in salami version) and cheese on top, is heavenly. And I'm a foodie, so I like all foods. But I can't do a dinner style breakfast, my stomach would go ballistic on me. Had 6 surgeries before I was just 1 years old, so I have a very sensitive stomach, unfortunately. But as long as I stick to what works for me, it's fine. But a dinner style (hot and savory meal) breakfast, is not one of those things, though.
@@JarodMoonchild1975 Well there's no natural categories for what's "dinner food" and what's "breakfast food". It all depends on the culture you were raised in
@@JarodMoonchild1975 "Breakfast food" or "lunch food" depends on where you are from. There isn't some universal law that determine which is which! In the U.S., England, and Australia, eggs, bacon, and sausages ARE breakfast food! People in these countries usually don't eat these things for dinner, therefore these are not "dinner foods" in those countries.
Didn't they try breakfasts before? I seem to remember one with English breakfast. Also, most people here eat their pancakes with maple or boysenberry syrup. It'll make them less rubbery/tough. Many people also put butter on their pancakes.
It would be extra helpful if there was a picture of the food they talk about from their homes on screen when they talk about it. It might be hard to do and the videos are great as they are. I just keep writing down what they talk about, pause the video, look up the food item, then play again.
I’d love for them to try “comfort” foods from America like: grilled cheese sandwiches dipped in tomato soup or macaroni and cheese or salami with cheese slices.
Waffles are best hot with plenty of butter and syrup on it. YOU can put all that other junk on it, if you want too, but it's best with just plain butter and good old syrup.
I agree with most of the others here, the normal way to have pancakes in the USA is with butter (on every layer) and maple syrup. A side of turkey bacon would be a good to pair with it. As far as a Japanese meal, they vary just like in the USA. But I fix rice with a raw egg and natto (and seaweed to pick it up), tofu with green onion and soy, and miso soup with seaweed. I get hungry just thinking about breakfast !

Try Peruvian dishes like ceviche (traditional, NO tomatoes) with cancha and yucca frita; or jalea (mixture of fried seafood incl octopus), sudado (fish stew) . Or, other seafood like calamari, crab cakes, salmon, other popular stews! 🙏 BTW, we have fried fish for breakfast option in Peru and it's yummy. Also, leftovers can be breakfast! 😆
Wow I never heard any of them sounds cool
A lot in indian-pak region eat fusion Chinese dishes. So they are mostly going to be receptive to more chinese or indo/thai seafood dishes.
@Marc Carran It's kind of the national drink along with chicha morada. There are a lot of US importers. Most Peruvian restaurants will offer as well. I live in the SF Bay Area, and it's easily accessible here, even in upscale Peruvian restaurants like La Mer.
For sure they wouldn’t like the ceviche because they don’t eat undercooked or raw foods.
They might have liked it if it had been properly cooked, that was the saddest fish I've seen in a long while.
Mehboobs facial expressions when he eats something sour are too funny 😂
You guys would probably love Brazilian cuisine, we use a lot of spices as well 😂
Why were the churros inconsistent across participants. A couple of them received really fat good looking ones vs. the skinny ones others got.
"Let me tell you something, lets leave all this cutlery business"
It do be like that sometimes.
Kasturi looks so pretty :)
Pretty and intelligent 🙏👍she reminds me of Amitha
Yall I'm from Malaysia, I loooooveees eating paratha with ice cream. Together they're crispy and soft, salty and creamy.
👍
Japan aside, that’s between you and your fish 😂🤣😂🤣😂 I laughed so hard
As a spaniard, I knew that they would like the churros with chocolate. :P But we eat that as a special treat for breakfast or evening snack. In my family at least we take them once per month, but not everyday. Thanks to the channel for bringing a piece of Spain to them.
Just so you know, Americans put maple syrup on pancakes (I think you already had them try this way in the McDonald's breakfast video). They do not eat pancakes this way with chocolate and all these things on it. Maybe bananas or apples with cinnamon if they are being fancy.
My family eats them with peanut butter and fruit yogurt. That chocolate felt deeply wrong!
Agreed. The chocolate and whipped cream are usually only fancy brunch or diner breakfasts. And even then most people just want butter and syrup. 😄
Yeah, that chocolate/nutella stuff was jarring. I've seen chocolate chip pancakes, but never a chocolate topping.
Renata Machado
It’s not that common to find maple syrup outside us and canada I guess. Here in Brazil is very rare to find and super expensive.
@@renatamachado2852 I get that, but they should at least say this is not how Americans eat them.
"It's like asphalt." Manzoor kills me.
Parvati's right - you shouldn't use chocolate as a pancake topping. That Japanese one was pretty polarizing! I expected nearly all of them to hate it, but it did better than I imagined.
Thanks for the video ❤️❤️❤️.
Give these people Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes, gravy and lingon berry-jam! IKEA represent!
I just love the gravy. Also I can eat Mashed potatoes everyday. 😋
I love these humble people. The women are so beautiful and the men so strong and handsome! I love their honesty and innocence. May God bless them all.
Happy Saturday! I have never tried churros, will have to see if I can find them locally! They sound delicious 😋
Lol I died when she said leave all these cutlery business when having the American pancakes 🤣 I am in Kenya 🇰🇪
I really enjoy this channel. Thank you.
When I am this early, I watch video but come back later to read comments.
I just find this channel and love the contents. So binge watching.
I'd love to see a "controversial foods" episode where everyone decides if they either love or hate a bunch of love-or-hate foods like mayonnaise, licorice, olives, pineapple pizza, anchovies, etc.
Mayonnaise is so bad 😒😩
@@rapa2894 Not every mayonaise is bad. I don't like most English/American Mayonaise but I like Zaanse Mayonaise from the Netherlands.
i... didn’t know that mayo was controversial
Being from Spain, I'll never be used to people not liking olives.
Who doesn't like olives? Or mayo for that matter.
Lol. Here in Spain churros are longer and are usually eaten when still hot (like really hot). We eat them with chocolate or with plain sugar. I loved seen all of you enjoying them. ❤️❤️😊
S far as i know belgium ppl dont eat waffels for breakfast its more of a snack or dessert item
Sending love from New Zealand 🇳🇿 😊😊😊 love watching you all. Thankyou.
It all depends on the culture you were raised in
Omg they would never eat natto LOL
Syrup for pancakes, not chocolate. But all the fruit and butter is awesome.
Would love to see more about their lives, especially the ladies. Seeing them cook their favorite dishes would be great!
I just realised that I haven't watched in 3 months, also how will you do this in Ramadan
After breaking the fast (after iftar)
it is ramadan now
probably filmed a bunch of vids before and release them then
They don't need to limit it to food. It could be drink, or clothes, or entertainment, or any other cultural difference.
They shot them before ramdan I guess because editing takes time.
Himino! The confidence... love that - kudos! Lovely people ...
We also have chillah in Uttar Pradesh India and yes it is indeed quite like pancake .
Love your videos, greetings from Ecuador, South America
Poha, Idli Dosa, Chola bhatura etc khilana tha na India se... 😁
That dried fish sure had polarizing views. I'll be sure to buy some next time I go to the Chinese supermarket. Haven't had that in ages
Let them try dishes from Saudi Arabia ❤️ 🇸🇦
It would be extra helpful if there was a picture of the food they talk about from their homes on screen when they talk about it. It might be hard to do and the videos are great as they are. I just keep writing down what they talk about, pause the video, look up the food item, then play again.
MASSALLAH ❤YOU ALL ARE SO FUNNY MAY ALLAH❤ BLESS YOU ALL LOVE❤ FROM NETHERLAND ❤😘👍

Can you image of they tried Huevos rancheros.. and cafe de la hoya..

Wow i found one of your vids and now i can't stop watching your channel 😍
DOODH KI BALTI 8:08 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love her humour 💕👍
No syrup for the pancakes or waffles?
Also....ice cream on top the waffle?? That's kinda odd, it's usually whipped creme.
I’d love for them to try “comfort” foods from America like: grilled cheese sandwiches dipped in tomato soup or macaroni and cheese or salami with cheese slices.
Good god these guys are adorable! So friggin pure!
No! Never put honey on pancakes. Canadian maple syrup or nothing!
Well buttered, then powdered sugar, then a few drops of lemon juice here and there, but it's even better on waffles or dutch babies.
Love your videos. Lots of love from UK 🇬🇧🤗
You know what, Tea and churros sounds Devine. A nice chai tea. Wise idea.
Yeah, they'd be great with chai latte now that I think
Waffles are best hot with plenty of butter and syrup on it. YOU can put all that other junk on it, if you want too, but it's best with just plain butter and good old syrup.
Excuse me, I now have to find a fair to sate my sudden urge for churros.
I need some now...with the hot chocolate (that looks perfectly thickened) for dipping!
Bruh i love them ❤️
VVIP!
Ismail, Manzoor and Mehboob are so underrated, they’re so funny and nice, love them
That one serving of churros looked so different than the others.
I love every bit of your videos.
I love the warmth behind their eyes ❤
