Round Baler Hydraulic to Electric Twine Tie Conversion

Converted this John Deere 330 round baler from hydraulic twine tie to electric using an actuator from Amazon and some custom fabrication. Also built a homemade control box.

The bale size sensor’s connected to the actuator, or the wires just run parallel in the same loom ?

It's a mechanical bale size sensor linked to the tension arm. It's very rudimentary but reliable. No wires involved.

​​@@jeffjones9727 the buzzer is a simple switch situated on a bracket connected to the right side tension arm. I wired it to a buzzer on my little control box that I fabricated. The original design had no control box and was all just visual gauges and a buzzer built into the baler.
