Beautiful rock!
Rachel's Rocks Canada uses epoxy resin. She waits 6 hours after applying the resin, to add rhinestones to the rocks. That's just another way to do it.
I usually use uv resin or top coat and set in my stones during the curing process. I rarely use 2 part like Rachel. This was a very early tutorial of mine. Things have definitely changed. Thank you for your input.

Can you use tack it over and over or gold leaf size instead of nail glue to foil with?
I dont recommend it. it's not a great transfer

What is the name of the product of your top coat?
We used Mr. RESIN UV . It cures with a higher wattage lights. I use 84 w by Beetles
