@@BagUpTV Dave its true to say your fishing results under Middy did seem to improve, but l think the reason for improved results was largely due to you putting in the effort so as to promote the brand. I.E. trying harder to impress your boss. I think most anglers try that bit more when they are sponsored. They want to earn their sponsorships. At the end of the day to be successful you do need a fair amount of talent sponsored or not. Its nice to get some tackle for nothing but Middy must have thought the talent was there to promote their brand to offer the sponsorship. So for the future good luck keep producing the vids . COB

If you can catch good size skimmers and other fish using a normal method feeder with pellets and a wafter in a open match. Then why do you need to have blood worm and joker when you fish in the winter pairs match with Alan Norrish?
You can use a method feeder , when we chuck out a normal feeder rig with a wafter on it doesn’t have the same effect, you just don’t seem to catch them , we have had the same thought and tried it many of times 😎
All the tackle shops in Devon have ditched Middy because they cant get tackle from them so are now going with more reliable companies which Middy ain't mate.
Looks like there might be a bit of shuffling about amongst anglers and sponsors this year, just seen this morning that Mr white cap himself, Bob Nudd, has signed up with Preston, what with Browning pulling out of the UK.
Have a feeling there's still a bit of readjustment to come yet within the tackle market, with the apparent end of the virus boom of the sport.
Ah, is that why Craig Edmunds (trigger) was in Matrix gear at one of the matches I saw recently?
Possibly, haven't seen any official announcement, but there is a catch pic of him head to toe in Matrix gear from December '23.
