I don't think that he is anything special, nothing that we can't easily replace as far as productivity. Ladd is already better than he is and Joshua even trained with Keenan when he was new to the league but hasn't progressed since his second season. He is as good as he is going to get - just a dependable ho hum kind of receiver. Nothing irreplaceable. Quentin doesn't seem to care that much to me. He'll show up for two games, then disappear for two games, I notice that pattern with him, 2 & 2. I guess it's just a matter of when he feels like coming to play, when he feels like concentrating, but otherwise, he doesn't really care much, and I told him that too. He's too passive, no fire.

Brandon Staley was just a flat out terrible Head Coach. When I found out that he only had one season as a Coordinator and we hired him, I was worried. Once again, the Spanos family wanted to get cheap with hiring coaches. They have opened up the checkbook with regards to signing their most important players, but as far as hiring HCs, they were still cheap. He was so bad, that shortly after he was fired, I saw a list of worst coaches of all time, and he was already on that list!! He was more worried about looking like a Genius young coach, and being "different" than doing what was the smartest and best things to do to win games. Thank God that Dean Spanos finally came out and said that he was sick of losing and decided to hire a top notch coach and good timing too since Jim was in trouble in college so things worked out perfectly. Thank god that we got Jim. I am a die hard Michigan fan and a die hard Charger's fan too. I am thankful to get Jim in both situations. We are Super Bowl bound. If not this season, we will next season. Get us a No. 1 Receiver and another dependable productive RB and we'll get to the Super Bowl.
