oh no! sorry to hear that it’s difficult to unsubscribe. I just went on their website and tried to see where to do that and it says if there is no response from email, try an insta DM! I’ll update this if I find out how to do it!
that's crazy how much of an issue it is, I never even checked about the unsubscribing until I saw the first comment. I'll see if I can DM them and suggest making an easier way to cancel besides through email! :)
Hope u managed to stop your subscription, was about to sign up but saw a reddit thread about how scammy it is and how the jewlery is super cheap and people cant cancel their subscriptions
hi! yes, I was able to cancel mine without any issues when I did thankfully! yeah I’ve heard different things about the company and I honestly don’t need pieces of jewelry every month so I decided to end it. it’s hard finding sustainable brands sometimes
I’m not an ambassador anymore, but I think they sent me an email with my promo code once it was active, but yeah it should be your account name and just type it in the promo code box in checkout! That’s weird it’s not working, idk if customer service would get back quick enough but I would say send an email to ask them to double check if it’s activated!
How long did you wait for the package to arrive?
I think I waited about 2 weeks, I know that they usually arrive within the first 15 days of the month!
