- Runwal MyCity flat-buyers are very angry about the shortage or lack of water, adequate drainage, clubhouse and other common amenities. They allege that property tax dues were not paid by the builder although the amounts had been collected from the flat-buyers.

That's why I purchased flat near dombivali station within 10min walk from home in budget.
I don't have swimming pool,club house, jogging track, gymnasium, amphitheater.
What i have nearby is good clinics, hospital, grocery shops, wholesale market, kdmc gardens, schools and mainly no water issues.

Builders fund and manage politician money
DIVA railway station - Dombivli railway station & back via Diva Manpada road - Bus services have been atarted by the government with descent frequency!
Private bus service from project to Dombivli railway station has been started for the Phase 1 residents with descent frequency at INR 1000 per month monthlt pass!
Water services have improved tremendously since last 8-9 months now since 24*7 water is being provided without much dependency on water tankers!
Concrete roads around the project have been built by joint efforts of the government and the builder!
Also 15% increase in water flow has been approved for Betawade area by the CM.
Nandivali railway station is being built close to the project which shall help improve road access to kopar railway station as well which is hardly 1-2 kms away!
Diva railway station which is 3-4 kms away is entirely concretized.
This is not the problem of one State or One Bulider..All R Same
There is no way an ordinary Joe who owns a flat will be able to escape builder's lobby. Even if you don't buy a house, eventually your own building will undergo redevelopment and you'll end up facing similar problems as most builders don't fear the law. I feel protests against builders is futile, we should protest against the MLA (not sure how effective that will be either)

Ridiculous - they are now taking money even after giving possession - to the lucky few who have possession - rest have not got the place - and those who have flats, are getting dust filled khaddas instead of swimming pools and closed structures for club houses
Bouncers are halting honest and actual society members - just sick - shows mentality of the builders and their tactics
Buyers pls stay safe - High Floating interest rates by banks / Builders that over charge / builders who deny possession and amenities in cases where they give possession
In the last few years if you have got a flat its on floating rate - and now with high interest the builders are also causing problems for the simple flat owners - its just sick
I would suggest that, park your money in FD with SBI or Good National Banks they have good interest, if public does not absolutely need to buy a place, then pls rent and stay happily

Rents are skyrocketing these days brokers are involved , don’t let the rent reduced , even units are lying vacant still no reduction in rent . There should be control on rent and brokerage too.
The only solution is don't buy from Builders! Sadly every builder makes fraud. I never came across a clean image builder.

Builder paisa usike liye liya na humse.. nahi to Gaon me local builder se Ghar late hum. Runwal jaise builder ke pas jate hi nahi...aadhe paise me flat milta

I am totally against the concept of expecting services like swimming pool, club house , jogging track and even worse bus and road services from a builder. All this is the job of the Municipality. Your expectations were too much, sorry to say.

Most of the issues are internal and simple, Runwal must solve them in shortest time possible.
The property charges is an issue that will require meetings between the society office bearers and runwal
External roads are a tacky, major issue where runwal must use it's connections to get the work done

Sirf flat ka Paisa dunga aur flat lunga resale old bldg me. Don't need swimming pool, club house ..itna hota toh South Bombay me rehta Mai.....gareeb log ko lagta hai swimming karenge Roz.

Ek se ek mahan builder log hai bhai, a buyer is not safe nowadays. Who is going to take such builders to task. Hope the Administration intervenes, every alternate day we have such issues coming up, one builder or the other. Something needs to be done. The buyer is suffering.
