I thought my loner was on beastmode until I went up to Red Forest at the weekend. It was a bloodbath even with 2 duty stalkers in my squad. I think I will chill down south for a few more days.

Hey if you didnt see, the modpack for Fallout4, ScreamingLake author of the uh...Lost World 2 modpack? He is stepping away from modding so if you wanted to grab that modpack I would suggest it within the next few days. I know it shuts down within a few weeks, cant remember the date. I have it on my F4 install and its close ish vibes to stalker but its not massive really. But its a good point to work from if your really into modding. Kinda like how Gamma is.
@@KontraktWolf Ya figured Id pass it on incase you wanted to grab a F4 stalker modpack before it goes out, because Im not aware of another stalker-esque modpack. Whick kinda sucks tbh. The spirituality of stalker fits pretty decent within Fallout overall.
Edit: for some reason YT didnt show me the rest of the text at first and I only read the first sentence. lol But ya you have a point, which is why I rarely move it onto my harddrive. I mostly just keep it around whenever I feel like playing something stalker but not stalker.
There is one game that is like Stalker and Classic Fallout combined that I love its called Atom RPG. Something I'll probably cover later on.@@codycarabotta5621
@@KontraktWolf Oh ya I heard of that one, it looked really interesting. That would be awesome to see covered. Have you thought about that one russian Stalker-but-not-Stalker game that has been goin around in attention? The one that uses the Tunguska event instead of the 1986 disaster? I cant recall the name but its pretty much as legally close as a game can be to stalker without being a stalker game, and is a top-down. It looks cool and stuff but Im not a fan of top-down games usually. Just not my playstyle preference.

@@KontraktWolf Ya that one. I only saw some passing glances and a modest length video describing the game, where mostly just the basics were covered along with about a half hour of gameplay in the starting level (their russian version of Cordon, with even a russian Sidorovich). I actually really like the idea, even though some people are harsh and hesitant to give the game a chance, because of the oldschool top-down vibe look, or that its basically the equivalent of copied homework with changed wording of Stalker. lol But I think its cool. And the Tunguska event is fascinating in a similar fashion to the Chernobyl disaster so I cant help but be interested in the game even if just out of curiosity.
I hope u try mod "The Secret Trails 2 OGSR", its a story driven mod

I don't change anything in GAMMA so new players can learn the game. The only stuff i change is I disable some audio mods from Tarkov and in this playthrough I have mag redux mod enabled.
@KontraktWolf Ya I could tell you were gonna blow up real soon. You know alot about the games and you know the way the game flows and stuff so newer players especially can learn alot from watching how you play, and there is *a lot* of newer players the past few years. You just have the right qualities and stuff to be a good Stalker streamer/youtuber/whatnot. And thanks man I appreciate your other comment. I try to catch you on livestreams when I see em but Im usually too late when I do see your actively on. I keep forgetting you have a Discord, I just joined. Im not usually on Discord much. Its alot of ppl and alot of text to scroll through, and I suck at navigating all these modern social media platforms. lol Im 31, I grew up with yahoo mail 😂 It just feels idk, overwhelming almost. Im just old. lol But ya Ill try to catch you on your next livestream, do you have another one planned? Im usually awake and free when your streaming, sometimes I just dont see until you already got off and uploaded it as a new video. UA-cam algorithm sometimes just doesnt let me know quick enough. Among all the other stuff it puts in my feed. And I cant wait to see some Tunguska, I havent watched any gameplay outside of one guy doing a quick intro. But im curious just to see how they pay homage to OG Stalker which is obviously a huge inspiration of Tunguska's. I await that juicy lore.

You're not that old, I'm 29 haha. That's why I know STALKER because I was 14 when it first came out lol
@@KontraktWolf I know, I just make fun of myself so I can get used to the idea when I am old. Plus anything past about 21 is considered old these days. Im out of touch, out of date and a relic of an age already done past and gone except through people that grew through those days. And Im just an oldschool kinda person, I was born somewhat into the computer age but as I get older I get less and less technologically intuitive. I, as per usual fashion, showed up a few years late to the party, I didnt find Stalker until I was around 14, but this was around 2012, right before CoP releaaed I think, but I didnt know about that game or the series at all yet because I was just getting my feet wet with SoC. And it hooked me instantly. The very definition of intoxicating nostalgia for me. I still remember my first Pseudodog encounter. The glory days 🙃
