It's nice that LEGO is getting more experimental with their video games. This game looks like it could be a lot of fun. And that portal reminds me a lot of the one from LEGO Dimensions!
@@joshramirez7 Around 10 cents per brick. I see Lego UA-camrs who will drop $1k in Legos per 15 minute video, and they'll buy houses just to have Lego city layouts.
I played the demo on my Steam Deck and I gotta say it was a much better experience than what was told here. I might make that my way to play the game since you can easily add a mouse to it.
Oh, interesting - I don’t think I’ve seen one of the video team disagree so much in their thoughts at the end! Good job, though. Felix - always want to hear your honest opinion!
This Helped out alot since I wanted to check this game out. I buy most games for the Switch but when there are to many downgrades I buy them elesewhere. This will be a Steam buy for sure.
You complain about performance issues running rampid throughout many different parts of the game, and yet you cannot supply any video evidence of this happening? Seems kinda shady if you ask me.
That’s strange, he provided two instances. 1: where the frame rate drops, and 2: where the game freezes for a couple of seconds after picking up a building block.
Once upon a time, LEGO made the perfect LEGO game, and it was called LEGO Creator. It was simply too good. An immaculate LEGO sandbox. And every game they've made ever since has been Less Than. sigh
@@servantbyday Yeah, I had those too! And Lego Island! Someone in that era was really trying to make good Lego games. I wonder whatever happened to them...
Wow what a small rating to give this game. A 6/10 it should be at least an 8. I have yet to play this and I am an adult though so. I don't know what this game is really for kids or adults or both. Maybe a family can play it together. Who knows.

One day there will be a VR of this where you can just build with the pieces. Then they will start selling VR Lego sets.
But we became the VR Lego Character..
That would actually be great for the environment as well, and wayyyy cheaper than buying the bricks you need

Still would much prefer the real thing, even if it was better for the environment to have vr.
Is coming to the Quest 3.
It’s cool to see this game and Skywalker saga in the same year. Such different experiences all with the same blocks
I can't believe I just witnessed Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts be used as a positive example of something
This game reminds me of old lego browser games
The jump puzzle in the Hollywood studio made me so mad
looks interesting, might be a nice chill game for before bed.
Just what I’m looking for 😊
I'm willing to give it a try, got it on sale for 55% off
It seems like the game would benefit from gyro. It is an air-mouse for a controller.

So it's just control scheme that's bad on switch
@@JeskidoYT Actually it ran at a consistent 60fps on the Deck too!

The portal looks like the one from lego dimensions and so does the robot, possible prequel?
My thoughts exactly! I loved Dimensions.
Watched this video while opening Badge Arcade, took forever like normally, it took 13 minutes
is it safe to use wired headset with nintendo switch on TV mode
Is there a hard copy of this game or is it only available through dowload

Okay thanks! I was trying to decide between getting this on Steam or on Switch, and I think you made it clear the mouse is helpful.
You and the comments saved me money. I will look into it for PC. I love lego everything lol
Wait, you can turn the camera any time...why did the review say the camera is static?
This game looks fun, but obviously not at its best on Switch. Seems like a clear PC purchase where I can use a mouse.
I will only buy it if a physical edition comes out.
Lego should expand to VR.
Careful, they may expand into the metaverse.
Oh okay!

Only 6/10? That's a bit disappointing.

I especially love the Lego Island and Racers games

with all the problems listed i'm amazed you even gave this a 6/10. makes me wonder how bad a game has to be to get a 5 or lower.
I love lego games!
Looks pretty good,
