- Hi! I'm Tess Marti, or "Tesstattoo." on Instagram. I am a world-renowned permanent makeup artist, public speaker, and trainer.
Back in 2017, it was widely ruled in the permanent makeup industry that you couldn't tattoo permanent makeup on dark skin types.
At the time, there was no real knowledge, information, training, or methods in the PMU industry in order to bring successful results to clients with melanin-rich skin.
Driven by my passion to help others and my frustrations with the poor knowledge in the industry, I set foot to creating my world-renowned "Dark Lip Neutralization" technique to make this service possible for ALL clients.
In the beginning, I was mocked by other artists when I shared my success with tattooing melanin-rich lips. Now, my technique is world-renowned and it is one of the most sought-after training in regards to lip blush tattooing.
To help others, I created an accessible online class for all artists who are interested in successfully tattooing melanin-rich skin and learning my method.
In this online masterclass, I will share with you my success story on how I built my world-renowned dark lip correction technique, everything that goes into making the process easy and successful, and a how-to on creating successful results every time.

What does it mean permanent color? How long it will stay there after done with the procedure?
Is there any follow up or touch ups needed?
Heard that if you have darker lips after lips tatto color fade away it will makes your lips more darker. Your input on this please.

Does one session mean the lip blush session itself and the retouch session? Or retouch session considers as a second session? Because my artist told me that I may need 6 sessions to neutralize my lips :)

You will need to find a reputable artist in your area. They can tattoo darker warm brown pigment on your lips to even out the lighter areas! It may take a few sessions but it is possible!

And what happens when it fades? Are you left with chalky lips with titanium dioxide forever stuck under the skin? Why don't you actually address issues honestly rather than talk utter rubbish about releasing your inner artist?
We actually talk about this in the class with Liz Cook who is a permanent makeup and tattoo artist of over 15 years who works with eternal ink, created ever after pigments and she goes over in detail what the chemists have to say about the formulations of titanium dioxide and the long term effects of it and how pigments fade in the skin. In the class are also examples of my dark lip work of 6 years healed! :) we definitely address all the issues!
