Hey, can you reverse it. If you have believed that you don't have feelings for your bf to a point you genuinely don't feel any love. I didn't know it was rocd and made it worse now i know but it feels like nothing is left now. Please pleasee help
I'd have to talk to you further, becauses ADD is often misdiagnosed when it's actually OCD. If not, we'd work with situation-specific tools. ERP also works for trauma.
I seen a bad health comment on tiktok months ago, and it stayed with me cause i was dealing with the same thing, i still think about it..i keep thinking it's gonna happen to me..i have trouble falling asleep, i keep thinking i will forget things.. last night i felt a itch and noticed some scars..i rushed to clean it and put a bandaid over it cause i kept thinking if i dont something serious might happen..then i laid down questioning what i did then i had a panic attack
OCD isn't fun, but it's VERY treatable! Do you know how to respond to these thoughts and feelings in a HEALTHY way as to stop the obsessions & compulsions?

How is this approached when you have OCD, a t.b.i and ADD and forgetting has had lethal consequences in the past? Is it trauma focused?
