    I passed the FSOT this evening. I'd watched 3/4 of this video beforehand; it helped.

    Hi Bill, I passed the FSOT yesterday and just wanted to say thanks for these videos. Not only did they help me understand what I was up against, but they also encouraged me to just take the test. Best wishes to you and thanks again!

    Thank you so much for making this series, Bill. I was able to improve my Situational Judgment score by 17 points from the last time I took the test because of your advice.

    I passed the FSOT today with a combined score of 164, oweing much thanks to your insightful lessons on the SJ section. Thank you very much!
    Fingers crossed I’ll make it into the final round. And I’m staying hopeful.

    Thanks for your video. I've taken and passed the FSOT four times, but the last time was in 2014. I'm taking it again in June, and your video has been helpful. For example, I'm now aware that I will also need to choose the worse answer, which will be new for me.

    thank you for this video, I took the test for the 5th time last year and was kind of blindsided by the situational judgment section and scored very low on it. Hopefully this next go in June will go better!

    So interesting observation to contrast the video:
    I took the FSOT test in June 2019 and the SJ scenarios focused largely (maybe even exclusively, if I can recall) on management, NOT customer service. Every scenario involved you and at least one other person who was your boss, supervisor, coworker, colleague, etc.

      Can you please elaborate for us to understand it better. In this way, it will help us understand the concept better and score better on the test.

    Do you need a bachelors degree? If I have a diploma, would I still be fr-5 after a year of working?

    • @mrAZcardinal
      @mrAZcardinal 4 роки тому +4

      You do not need a degree. People are sometimes hired with just a high school diploma, as long as they can prove their work and life experiences can quialify them to be a good productive FSO, then they have a chance.
      Also, depending on your performance during your first few years, you may or may not get tenure and a pay raise. Your starting pay is affected by experience though.
