Poor Yanis being filmed doing his first time plastering a ceiling. He really is a good sport about this cause I know I wouldn't want anyone filming me learning to do something like that as it would make me so nervous. Looks like he did a fantastic job WTG Yanis!

Billy….. I have to admit, I had to close my eyes when you were clearing the garden and pulled out the Rose bushes with the digger. Yannis…learning with trade will mean you will always have employment as long as there are builders. Someday, in the near future you may have a opportunity to share what you have learned to another eager to learn tradesman. Just remember how patient Simon was and carry it forward. You are blessed because you have a very patient Teacher in Simon.👏👏👏👏

Being the great softie that I am, I’m in tears watching Yannis. Simon you must be so proud of him he’s doing soo well. I’ve seen “professional” plasterers who’ve made more mess and done a worse job than Yannis has done. It shows two things, one that Simon is a good teacher but also Yannis is a quick learner as Simon says he’s a natural but he’s also been watching closely what Simon’s been doing and that’s the best way to learn. Well done Yannis you should be really really proud of yourself you’re doing so well.

I noticed in your video in Ryan's apartment that there is glue on the floor, I once encountered that problem. My daughter found that if you lay wet newspaper on the floor, it makes it so that you can soak the glue, and it scrapes up with ease, and after you can sand the residual without completely gumming up the sanding disc's. Just a tip if you plan on going that route

Suggestions for your website: Could you add a page about the history of the convent, where it's located, how you acquired it, and what your plans are for the property? Maybe even a site map to help orient viewers? I think that would encourage people to support the project. A photo gallery of each room in progress would be great, too. Not everyone does Instagram or Pinterest. Keep up the great work!
