Hello, Can we collect custom metrics using AMA (like using a PowerShell script etc.) anything which is not provided out of the box by AMA?

Any idea how soon it can support proxy configuration or private link ? With no public internet and without one of these not sure what would be option to send the performance data to Azure Monitor Metrics as a destination..
