    uhh, I have to watch it at almost 100% volume, and then when the you tube ads cut the video (which happens every 10min) I'm about to loose hearing. cool stuff otherwise

    hi, before i try it can you tell me if its free and if it offer the possibility to see which part of the code takes the most time and how long it takes to execute for a specific action, for example when i log in, i want to see how long it takes and which is the slowest part in the code for that operation (see precise timing and call counts of function in my code), for example a particular function or operation which takes 2 seconds, and the entire login takes 3 seconds?

    If it dumps your connection string into the browser, doesn't that make it really easy for people to sidejack your Azure resources? Anyone can grab that connection string, and flood the App Insights with Terabytes of data that you then get charged for.

      Doubt the connection string goes to the browser - it’s configured in host.json on the server

      @@marccawood No, it really does. If you use the JavaScript script, it dumps your ingestion ID and endpoint into the page. It's deemed safe, but it is a vector for log flooding.
