Pro tip: always do ‘Export mixed goods’ mission to offset the cost of passively sourcing your crates. $50k - $37.5k (5x$7500 for all 5 warehouses) = +$12.5k each in game day. When you arrive at your warehouse, hop in your mixed goods truck then immediately go into your warehouse and get your staff to source cargo. This will not only save you time not having to revisit, but will also disable the 3 star wanted level that can trigger from the mixed goods mission (personally I find it irritating and challenging to lose when in the truck) Once at the docks, spawn your Oppressor mk2 (superior choice for efficiency) or helicopter if you have it. Then visit each of your remaining warehouse staff to source your crates. In total this will take you around 5-10mins to complete. Hope this helps someone.
I did an analysis of the profit per minute for all the businesses I own (I'm a nerd). Special cargo is second in profit per hour at $39,761 / minute if I sell at 77 crates and Lupe and associates source all of the crates at $7500. The number one business is my night club, the bouncer missions are done every 2 GTA days (96 minutes @ $110,000 / minute). $100,000 stored in the safe and $10,000 for kicking out the drunk guy in about 1 minute of work. Cayo Perico is a distant forth place behind the Acid Lab.
Didn't understand that at all. "When you arrive at your warehouse, hop in your mixed goods truck then immediately go into your warehouse and get your staff to source cargo. " Makes no sense. Try again
CEO cargo was my first business in this game, ran it for a while. I was convinced I knew everything about it; taught me somethin new though with the Terrorbyte not being updated to the newest missions. Cheers brother
My experience: I filled my large warehouse to its max capacity, but lost nearly half of the 111 crates. I wasn't notified my warehouse was under attack, so my stock dipped to 62 crates. Utter crap. I quickly sold my remaining loot.
If you have money, the best location is Maze Bank. Because you are centrally located on the map and it is much easier to exit your garage in a MKII Oppressor than Arcadius. Only use the CEO office to source missions, not the Terrorbyte. Because you can just jump to a new session faster than you can get back to the Terrorbyte. Always fly to all of your warehouses and pay the $7500 to have each warehouse rep fill cargo, repeat every 32 min. Always source 3 crates. If you get 3 separate crates, immediately jump to a new session. Yes you lose $18,000 by doing this, but you will save time by filling up your warehouses faster. Also jump if you get any missions involving flying to water. Always sell in a full lobby. I own the 5 large warehouse on the right side of the map. The ones he has in the video. Always sell special items (rare pocket watch) as an example, in an invite only lobby as there is no high demand bonus for selling these. If someone starts griefing you, immediately jump sessions. Its better to lose 3 crates than all of them. Use ghost organization! Plus you can use it more then once for a 30 min sell mission. Always have all of your 5 warehouse full at the beginning of the week just in case it will be double money. That way you can sell immediately and then have enough time to source and sell again before the week is over plus just source 2 warehouses after and you can sell those before the week is over for a total of 12 warehouses sold. I make at least $79.2 million on weeks like this. I have made over $450 million only selling on double money event weeks. If you need to make money, just source your hanger with land vehicle only and sell by land vehicle only. There is no cost to source. Its only a single vehicle mission and only takes 1 day of playing to fill up. Only source narcotics.

Yup itsa banger lol. I would add that the cheapest small warehouse (convenience store lockup) $250000 cost can be paid off in 5 mixed goods. Paired with a free Maze Bank West that’s decent money. And you get 240k per sale (3 sales should pay it off) I’d only recommend if you’re just starting or looking to link it to the Nightclub early. But once you’ve got a large warehouse that small one is kinda obsolete.
Just found your videos after returning to gta online, haven't taken the time to play it in a couple years now and I've learned a decent bit from these guides. Had to pause for a minute when I noticed the name you picked for your business, because I'm from Winnipeg and it kinda caught me off-guard lol, had to do a double take to make sure I read it right

I never experienced the ghost raid either myself but I do know my buddy did the afk nightclub while doing this after he had 78 crates in all his warehouses aka with the staff sourcing more of course. I recommend him to source his hangar to avoid the ghost afk raid that way you can make a lot more money in the meantime. Basically tripping your mula kinda.
So, I did the math on a variety of Source Missions, Quantity per mission, and some variables, and even buying the cheapest small warehouse, if you sell in a private session, you're guaranteed a loss on income, 95% of the time, if you use your time efficiently but not pay attention to Crate cost. If you do buy the $3,500,000 Warehouse, you need to fill it at least 3x to make a profit long term (to pay for the cost of the building AND the Crate Costs. Personally, I don't want to spend 36-48 real world hours actively sourcing crates and using Lupe, to earn $2-3 million per sale.
Sounds like you actually have to do a bit of work. Who would've thought? In what business or industry do you immediately receive a 100% return on your investment?
Thanks for the guide! For someone who only got his first warehouse recently a very helpful guide :) One question regarding the plane selling / scouting ahead: i don't own a fighter jet yet. Any recommendation to which one is best money/performance wise?
Had two in about 10 days. First raid cost me 28 crates and the second i was AFK at my CEO entrance. After i returned i tried to enter the office and was booted back onto the street, there were no icons on the map and i knew what was happening, shortly after i got the notification to say my warehouse had been raided, same warehouse raided and the same 28 crates i’d just replaced!
I believe they're only triggered if your warehouses are over 70% filled. You don't have to be a CEO when they happen, and they like to occur when you're on the other side of the map after a mission (heist, sell mission, race event, etc). If you're locked out of any of your buildings, you better start heading to all your warehouses ready for action. Closing out the session will not save your crate stock, you must fight it out. I speak from experience having been ghost raided at least twice.
Maze Bank West is for free when you get the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. The Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack is for free you don’t need to pay no real money no GTA dollars
So buy 5 warehouses (big) and source them by telling the staff inside and repeat this everytime for every warehouse till they are full and ready to go ?
Only time i've been ghost raided was when I was racing around with a bunch of other people around the map. found out after that my warehouse lost tons of crates even though I wasn't "AFK"
just had 240k worth of special cargo blow of becouse the game decided that i had good enough defences in a little plane to resist a fully armed merryweather heli that was faster than my plane and shot explosive rounds👍
I'm currently sitting on 5 full large warehouses for nearly 3 months now waiting for the next double money thing - I've only had one raid in all that time and only lost 2 crates - but that was despite me being really close and on my oppressor at the time - I imagine if I had been at the other end of the map I could have lost quite a few more.... so yeah sooner the next double pay comes the better as I get the feeling RS will start raiding more often.... Its all about keeping my nerve and staying off being a boss unless I have to 🤣
I have a feeling that Special cargo is going to be double money this next update week starting on Thursday. Idk why. I’ve been actively playing daily again since October and I just randomly had the itch to start filling my warehouses again this past week. So I’m hoping double money is coming soon
I had a hard time enjoying the game when I was constantly worried about ghost raids to my warehouses. Sell your stock dude, you sound like you have plenty of cash lying around anyway (Maybe wait till Wednesday though just to be safe). Ghost raids are real and they unfortunately happened to me few times.
@@ralph7748 I'm not worried about ghost raids to be fair as it's only happened once (so far anyway) I have had more problems with MC clubhouses getting raided than CEO warehouses so tend to not be registered as a boss unless I have to be I also keep them down in stock by using the dealers everyday - i'm not loaded but do have most things already bought and upgraded (been playing for years) I play for fun in invite only lobbies as online on a pc is no fun anymore its just full of wannabe "hackers" and griefers
@@carsonguzman4709 almost the same - started grinding away last year until I had them full up - more of a challenge to se if I could than anything else :)
Great video and a good guide. Question about the high demand bonus. You say that you get more in a puplic session, but what about a crew session or invite only session. If you got a big crew or invite maybe 10 people. Would that count?
I have the Arcadius Building. The garage entry is nice because its under the building. Makes it harder for flying bikes to destroy your car right as you spawn.
The underwater container retrieval is not bad if you follow my style. Once you exit the dinghy and dive first blow open the containers without retrieving the cargo until you have located all 3 stock. Then don't surface but stay underwater and swim towards the vehicle. I park my (Duke of Death) close to the water and before diving underwater I take out the chopper with homing missile, sniper eliminate the agents in two boats then ensure to equip heavy bullet proof vest and regen your health bar because even though I zig zag swim returning I take shots from enemy choppers (2). Safely in the Duke I'm able to manage my speed to the drop off location where you are then exchanging for the vehicle brickade 6x6 I think loaded with the cargo. Please note that you should use the window before stepping into the drop off port to regen etc as once you get the loaded vehicle you have a timer count down to reach the warehouse. Maybe I'll do a video of that but we prefer your skills😂😂😂. Another tip for those who barely hold the finances is....make time your friend and buy 1 crate for $2000 so you can spend the extra more frequently on your employee to source cargo. I owned 1 small warehouse and was able get another small one during 1 session. My plan is to use one for three crates and the original I'll stick to single crate. Initially started out buy the 3 crates but realized I can grow with reducing cost. I'll be able to use the saving for times when Merryweather can be hired to fight while I flank the enemy
Always check what cargo is available to purchase on your office computer because once in a while you can buy the “ special item “ for about $21k and sell it for the $100k
I lost now 3 times my waregouse srock from 95 to 55 crates, not even an alert that you have to go protect your warehouse and I was not even a CEO , its annoying as f... But now I know, 77 crates
Short form, don't waste your money, or be aware itll take you at least 18-24 hours of active play (and at least 2 Full Warehouse Sales) to make your money back, for the Cheapest Warehouse and 30-40 hours for the $3,500,000 one, and at least 3-4 Full Warehouse Sales.
Do we sell at 77 crates no matter what to avoid raids? Or do we fill it up most of the time, if not all the time to maximize effeciency but obviously deal with raids?
I previously owned 5 small warehouses and would fill them up all the way. Yes, they got ghosted raided and raided in general. If you want to be safe, stay at 77 crates, otherwise you risk losing half your stock if you don't properly babysit your warehouses.
@@Octraine.One other thing, It may be a good strategy to fill up one or two of your large warehouses to capacity if and only if you manually source your crates and not use Lupe ($7500). The problem with Lupe and her associates sourcing the crates for you is time, and the raid timer in the game is always against you. The faster you can fill up your warehouses and sell, the less likely you will be raided. If you use Lupe to fill your large warehouses, you will be raided because of the excessive time it takes.
Surely you get loads of delivery vehicles for selling with such high crates? At the moment I mostly play solo (I have a friend that plays but not often enough for lots of profit) so I just have 2 small warehouses and sell when they are both at 9 crates. Is this okay?
The most delivery vehicles possible is 3, but this business is easily run as a solo player you can complete any sale mission by yourself no problem at all
@@HarmNone so let’s say i worked my way up like you and got 5 large warehouses, and sell them all at lets say 74 for arguments sake. The mission is easily doable on my own, even with 3 delivery vehicles?
My problem with this business is the setup cost. It's easily over 10 million dollars to buy the CEO Office + 5 large warehouses. So you already need to have a lot of money before you can afford this business.
You start small brother, I started with the cheapest CEO office (free) and a small warehouse ($250,000). You can easily breakeven after a couple sell missions and "export mixed goods" missions from your CEO office. However, you are correct, you NEED a Buzzard Attack Chopper ($1,765,000) to be effective in the missions. An oppressor mk2 would be ideal.
Thanks for the effort tp make this video @HarmNone. Few days ago i sell warehouse using cuban and got suprise from npc at location. And almost crash one of them because that landing area was suck, right in the middle of 5 big parabolic antenna in the dessert i should have clean the npc first..
For beginners I'd recommend not to buy the accommodation. Nowadays you tend to get free apartment. You can get Del Perro or Eclipse Tower. And from Eclipse it's just across the street. So I used Maze West and Eclipse until Kosatka. After that everything goes ...
Question ❓⁉️ what is your current warehouse layout i would like to utilize your setup cause i just started back up an looking to try a different layout. Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you so much 🥰.
Question. do you get the high demand bonus if you ae in a private lobby with 30 people? Secondly. are there discords where you can join groups of people to exclusively grind and not bother other people?
Is there a way to know wat sell mission is the 1 with the enemie heli? For now i do not do all plane sell missions. Find a new infite only session and source 3 crates and try again.
@@JayRockLA the last time i dit the sell mission this way, the npc heli dit not spawn in without the sell vihicle, spend 15 min scouting and nothing. The moment i get close with the sell vihicle the valkery dit spawn in and shot me down in a vew seconds.
Hello,i own an office and a special cargo warehouse, but when i go to the office front desk, the option is locked, and it says something about assigning staff....i am lost.
Oh and if you get raided/cargo stolen Sometimes it's only takes half of 1/4 of the whole thing Also mine keep getting raided everytime I get off from heist
lol I went afk for a while once and my coke business was closed when I came back, stock was ready to sell and all. I’m laughing about it now but I was PISSED then.
Can you register as a ceo go to warehouses get them to source then register as a mc and go back in 48 mins and register as a ceo or can I only stay as a ceo?
If you are sourcing the crates yourself (manually), you need to register as a CEO and operate the computer at your CEO office to source crates (or alternatively use the terrobyte vehicle). If you are sourcing the crates automatically thru Lupe (and her associates in other warehouses) for the $7500, you do not need to register as CEO, but you do need to physically be at the warehouse location to pay Lupe and to all your other owned warehouses separately.
@@ralph7748 okay bc I own 2 large warehouses but I prefer to be a mc so I can be a mc go into my warehouse and just pay the 7500 and get my warehouses filled and still be a mc?
@@tylockyer1584I honestly don't know if you can even enter your CEO warehouses to source if you are registered as a MC president, try it out and see. But I don't recommend it as a strategy, your MC businesses will most certainly be raided if you have product in them.
Don't forget to mention the titan glitch where it refuses to drop a cargo on a Pacific spot and you lose out on your cargo as y can't complete the sell mission
Not sure there is a titan glitch, all the videos I saw of the "glitch" were all due to human error. Granted the game needs to better explain the situation to the players, but not necessarily a programming error. Most "titan glitches" missed the drop zone by releasing too late and completely missing the yellow circle on the mini radar scene, some had a wanted level making releasing cargo impossible, while some flew too high above the radar limit and cancelled the mission altogether.

that Skyrim soundtrack just got me off guard, great video btw
Duuuude I didn’t know the terrobyte bypassed the underwater mission, I’ve got the itch to grind once again lol
It's so clutch honestly
Maze Bank West is for free when you get the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. The Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack is for free you don’t need to pay no real money no GTA dollars
So buy 5 warehouses (big) and source them by telling the staff inside and repeat this everytime for every warehouse till they are full and ready to go ?
Yes
@ ok
Only time i've been ghost raided was when I was racing around with a bunch of other people around the map. found out after that my warehouse lost tons of crates even though I wasn't "AFK"
just had 240k worth of special cargo blow of becouse the game decided that i had good enough defences in a little plane to resist a fully armed merryweather heli that was faster than my plane and shot explosive rounds👍
this is the scariest guide i have bared through
Winnipeg represent 🙌🏾🤣
Thank you so much for this. You’ve been saying CEO cargo is so good and I couldn’t get why. It felt so slow but now I understand
I've made about 230 million just from special cargo and thats mainly passively sourced if its double money sometimes I source a few to speed up
Great video harmnone I just got ban on ps4 so ill enjoy your videos till it’s lifted
So thorough. Thank you.
No problem boss
Love your work thanks for the tip ;) haha keep it up!!!!
i have 1 large warehouse and going to source manually is already tedious for me cant imagine doing it 4-5 times in a row
The Skyrim background music has me almost wanting to switch games for the week
Great video and a good guide.
Question about the high demand bonus.
You say that you get more in a puplic session, but what about a crew session or invite only session. If you got a big crew or invite maybe 10 people. Would that count?
I believe it only affects actual public sessions, so in theory you could get 20 friends in a public session and I believe it would actually work!
I love how bro is blasting skyrim music in the background
I have the Arcadius Building. The garage entry is nice because its under the building. Makes it harder for flying bikes to destroy your car right as you spawn.
I love the Halo reach music brother! You got the jams!
So on point. Exactly what I needed to know. ❤🎉
Appreciate your videos man. You got a new sub🤝 please keep it up
Welcome to the channel boss
Always check what cargo is available to purchase on your office computer because once in a while you can buy the “ special item “ for about $21k and sell it for the $100k
I got the maze bank good gig so far,I buy 3 crates for $18,000 of jewelry weapons, narcotics etc.
Once I get 8-9 crates I get over a $100,000
I lost now 3 times my waregouse srock from 95 to 55 crates, not even an alert that you have to go protect your warehouse and I was not even a CEO , its annoying as f... But now I know, 77 crates
Great video brother!
Do they come on sale, regularly?
Short form, don't waste your money, or be aware itll take you at least 18-24 hours of active play (and at least 2 Full Warehouse Sales) to make your money back, for the Cheapest Warehouse and 30-40 hours for the $3,500,000 one, and at least 3-4 Full Warehouse Sales.
I think this was my 2nd business that u brought after buying my bunker and getting money from that
Do we sell at 77 crates no matter what to avoid raids? Or do we fill it up most of the time, if not all the time to maximize effeciency but obviously deal with raids?
I previously owned 5 small warehouses and would fill them up all the way. Yes, they got ghosted raided and raided in general. If you want to be safe, stay at 77 crates, otherwise you risk losing half your stock if you don't properly babysit your warehouses.
@@ralph7748 ok thank you 👍
@@Octraine.One other thing, It may be a good strategy to fill up one or two of your large warehouses to capacity if and only if you manually source your crates and not use Lupe ($7500).
Is there a daily sell limit if I choose to sell 2 out of 5 warehouses one day?
Damn never seen a video with such distracting and confusing background music 😂
Skyrim is a vibe tho
do you usually sell when the warehouse is full? or how much is the best # to sell ?
I try to sell as full as possible generally but honestly whenever you see an amount you like you can do it
@@HarmNone Thanks for the quick reply love your videos (: keep it up
My problem with this business is the setup cost.
May as well just save your money lol
when did the high demand bonus change from 2% to 2.5% per player?
Filling up my 5 large wares currently, 4 are 51 crates and 5th is filling to return to fill the rest
Is there a cargo 2x bonus at all? I have 5 big warehouses full just waiting for the 2x bonus
A fellow winnipeger nice
😅 i dont understand anything but i guss i will buy it and get familiar with it then come back anyway thanx ❤ for always helping me
Thanks for the effort tp make this video @HarmNone.
Can an oppresor be used to clear the delivery area?
Can we switch warehouses if we want all large
Yes!
@harmnone ….can you source crates From master control terminal?
You can indeed
@@HarmNonesweet thanks!
Question ❓⁉️ what is your current warehouse layout i would like to utilize your setup cause i just started back up an looking to try a different layout. Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you so much 🥰.
Out of curiosity, do you know how much money you get after selling the stock of a full Small Warehouse?
I want to say $360,000
@HarmNone Ah i see, thanks
If you into rp grind it can help you just do the S1 S1 method
8:14 I've done this for years and never seen a Special Item worth $765,000, even during bonus weeks. What's the deal with that?
What kind of car is it in the beginning of the video ? Thanks for making all the videos you do
Question. do you get the high demand bonus if you ae in a private lobby with 30 people?
Secondly. are there discords where you can join groups of people to exclusively grind and not bother other people?
the winnipeg mafia sent me hardcore.
Is their a limit in how many warehouse you can buy?
You can have a total of 5 Warehouses
I didnt know u could have more than one warehouse. Whats the max u can have?
You can have up to 5
@@HarmNone Thanks for the info and as for vehicle warehouses and how much? are they any good?
Can you trade a small warehouse in for a large.
Yes and do it this week since it’s 30% off you will make ur money back and then some
@@xThatBoiChris cool thanks. Just done it. 👌
Walker and son for 5th. Use LSCM as spawn location. Go to Walker & son first then run the row of the other four.
I've purchased a small size warehouse, can i replace it with big one?
Yes, you will get refunded after you buy the large warehouse, but just like cars it’s like 40% of what you paid
Always use the staff to top up my warehouses 👌
zombie music bussin fr
Bluds got the mwz themesong playing 😂
Is there a way to know wat sell mission is the 1 with the enemie heli?
For now i do not do all plane sell missions. Find a new infite only session and source 3 crates and try again.
Just take a jet or helicopter and scout all the drop points. You'll lock onto enemies if they're at the drop locations
@@JayRockLA the last time i dit the sell mission this way, the npc heli dit not spawn in without the sell vihicle, spend 15 min scouting and nothing.
The moment i get close with the sell vihicle the valkery dit spawn in and shot me down in a vew seconds.
What happens if you switch CEO office locations if you already own one ??
Hello,i own an office and a special cargo warehouse, but when i go to the office front desk, the option is locked, and it says something about assigning staff....i am lost.
My day was feeling shit until I heard the zombie music in the background
nice car harnone

Banger intro
Lol saw u in a pooborama video looks like you got the Seminole popularity up harmnone
Oh and if you get raided/cargo stolen
Sometimes it's only takes half of 1/4 of the whole thing
Also mine keep getting raided everytime I get off from heist
lol I went afk for a while once and my coke business was closed when I came back, stock was ready to sell and all.
But I don't recommend it as a strategy, your MC businesses will most certainly be raided if you have product in them.
great video
Had that one. Last drop and i couldn’t deliver. Found a new session and lost some crates as a penalty ffs!
Whats the point of the office safe?
Purely cosmetic
I only get raided when I’m not CEO. And when you’re not CEO it doesn’t show on your map what you have to do to fix the raid. It suck’s
