Great job. Since you have a Dremel tool why don't you use a valve grinder to remove metal. I have made a few rings and bought a solid felt wheel which I added a metal sanding disc to. It grinds down the nut in a fraction f the time. Use jeweller's rouge for polishing. I would like to get the power chisel and what did you use to polish the inside of the ring. Like the idea of mounting a jewel. Not sure I understand the process you used. Please explain.
