I know im late to this vid but the codes are different everytime and the terminals for the code are different. Also the bunker is at the millitary barracks. This are the locations of the terminals:
Hospital
Internal security station
Wedt watchtower nearby interior checkpoint
Power station 2nd floor
SCC
Back of the cafeteria in the applied science building

the datacenter was hacked, and when it is you dont need keycards to open gates, but you do need them for doors (at least at the time of recording)

you have to wait for the sequences to refresh, then when it says in chat that it did go look for the right terminal, there are other videos on youtube that show you where to look!
