Marvel Should use michael korvac as a replacement for the molecule man. It would be interesting to make him the anchor being for each universe since hes insanely powerful and mentally unhinged could have had the beyonders abduct and experiment on him placing a small amount 🤏 of their incredible power 💥 into a korvac of each universe in the multiverse creating the bomb doom would need. It would be a great play on the molecule man situation from the comics.

Yeah..no. I don't think he will be a variant or retcon Iron Man as Doom. He is simply playing Victor as a lead character for the two Avengers films and then gets recast in the soft reboot. No need to cheapen what came before and as the first intro to Doom, making him and Iron Man variants of each other in some way is not necessary.
That wouldn’t cheapen what happen before I hate when people say this shxt. The only way you can do things like that is to do what Lucas Films did with Luke and continue his story as a milk chugging cucc. Marvel and RDJ would never do no such things with Tony. If they were to bring Iron Man back it would be something epic and badass because RDJ is no cucc like Mark Hamill.
@Byronic19134 I disagree. It's already been established that some characters can look alike, such as with Johnny Storm and Captain America both being played by Chris Evans. Making Doom and Stark variants of each other is just needless because of this.

@ 3:20 I agree and I was also confused about RDJ saying he read up on the character, when RDJ knew who Doom was he tried out for him for the OG F4 movie. So I wonder if what he had to read up on was the 2015 Secret Wars arc which RDJ would have probably been too bizzy with MCU to know about.

Also, in Endgame, when Tony is talking to his father in the elevator. He asks his father how far along is his pregnant wife (Tony's mom), then Tony looks confused by his father's response. That was never addressed again

Think about it…. Robert researched Dr Doom from UA-cam and from that history of Dr. Doom was given good reading recommendations and we know those stories of Dr.Doom.

Idk. My own opinion? I think the idea of Dr.Doom being a Tony Stark or vice versa, is stupid and predictable. I don’t want to see that moment where the avengers see Doom with his mask off and be like “Tony?”….its just cheap story telling. RDJ can do this and be unrecognizable as the character. And sure youre paying him for the RDJ face and whatever, but I disagree. He’s getting way too much money to have this be a Parent Trap type situation. Or Prince and the Pauper type situation. They are paying him to be Viktor now, and then he will be Iron Man in the Secret war movies and then he will disappear. Leaving Doom where he is. The guys a great actor. You’re paying him to be this role. Anything close or related to him being a “Tony Stark” variant would just be lazy and cheap writing.

RDJ doom is just gonna be a new version of his twin brother, Arnie/Arnold Stark. An alternate version of Arnie but freed from his Iron Lung, via a deal made with Death (red skull death) would be the perfect way to have RDJ play dueling roles and do VVD right. Canonically this can work even though Howard states Tony is his greatest creation. It implies he had another, failed, and DOOMed creation. It implies Arnie exists in the MCU.

I thought about your theory after last time you said it, but after thinking about it, I really dont think theyre going to retcon Tony Stark always being Doom, that would trounce on the Iron Man Character, Demon in Armour makes the most sense

All Marvel needs to do is look at the television show called Supernatural if they want the twist, suspense, gore, heartfelt moments and good audience reactions. That show lasted 15 seasons simply due to the fandom. 5 of those seasons were top tier, top shelf, how you do stories right with twists and turns that span over many seasons. The MCU can do the same thing with Avengers Doomsday. As Castiel once said, in season 6, before he was discovered as the secret villain "Superman going to the dark side." The Avengers Doomsday story can be mind blown if you do it right. Just do it right and everyone will be happy.
As someone who watched supernatural from the pilot until the finale. I love the show and I want nothing more then to hit the highway in my impala with my brother hunting monsters...but all the good twist and stuff stopped after like season 5. By then everything had happened twice over....sam and Dean literally KEPY dying and the other trying to save them. Got very repetitive.
That was the idea. Remember it was God that kept bringing them back to life season after season but they and the audience never knew this until season 15. The entire brothers story was never their own. For them to be truly free was for the God of the Supernatural world to die or be converted.
The show actually fluctuated, real talk.
I recommended new viewers watch Supernatural season 1 to 6, and then jump to season 9 and 10, and then jump again to season 12, and finally jump to season 14 and 15 to end off the series (you don't really need season 14 but you do need context of that season to see the results in season 15, otherwise you could get confused). Doing this will allow you to not waste your time on certain, not so good, seasons.

and that's one reason why Stranger Things is ending in season 5. In this day and age writers and directors know when it's time to walk away upon seeing past failures of prior franchises or dragged out series. So big respect to today's media artists.

Assuming Deadpool 3 is canon, we already have it accepted in-universe that characters can look the same. We have Captain America and the Human Torch looking the same. Also, Dr. Doom is scarred and wears a mask. I don't particularly like what Marvel is doing here, but it's easily explainable, and the people involved are talented enough to be capable of pulling this off.
After having Johnny storm in deadpool and wolverine, they will drop the ball massively if doom only kind of looks like Tony stark. He has to be able to throw characters like war machine and spiderman or it's a missed opportunity

This isnt some rash decision. They have a plan. Yes, it may be happening a bit sooner than expected. Or maybe not. Maybe Doom was always going to show up in Secret Wars and/or Kang Dynasty. Point is, this isnt desperation. This was always going to happen. I trust in Iger, Feige, RDJ, and the Russos.
I totally agree, they’ve never said Kang was *the* Big Bad. If Feige announces Secret Wars, I simply cannot believe he didn’t plan on Doom being not only a part of it, but the focus.

I'm still not sold on your retcon theory, but to go in a similar direction would be to have Victor as Tony's twin who was adopted and went to Latveria.
On a different note, has anyone read Deadpool's Secret Wars? On the heels of DP3 it would make a lot of sense to do something like Deadpool's Infinity War or End Game. Basically keep the story the same, reshoot a handful of scenes with the original actors that now have DP but leave the rest of the movie as is and rerelease it. That would make billions and cost Marvel hardly anything. Nice little cash injection after the failures of the multiverse saga

I was listening to that on the live stream yesterday, and I agree it did sound like he was saying something else about possibly coming back as Iron Man and like his mind was all over the place like you’re saying.
It came out earlier this week that he's playing Tony Stark in a Disney them park ride for the Avengers thing versus King Thanos didn't it?
I really wanna know why people are stuck on RDJ coming back as Doom AND Iron Man when he clearly died in Endgame and RDJ said himself he doesn't want to cheapen the effect of that on the broader MCU. This isnt a Wolverine variant situation. I strongly believe that he is only playing Doom. Iron Mans legacy will remain intact and untouched. And what would be the point in making him RDJ for two movies to then immediately recast for a soft reboot? I admit that I could be all the way wrong about all this but that's where my head is currently.
I was thinking what comic storyline might the title DOOMSDAY be hinting at, so after rereading the Ultimate comics: Doomsday I have revisited classic F4 comics and those issues (ff #57-60) where Dr Doom steals the powers of Silver Surfer for the first time. And guess what’s the title of the issue #59 where Doom starts to really play with Surfer’s powers?!
There doesn't have to be a connection at all. Lookalikes happen all the time in real life, even perfect ones, let alone with a multiverse. The Fox Johnny Storm who showed up on D&W wasn't an adopted Steve Rogers or some Steve Rogers grandson or whatever, he was an unrelated dude born almost a century later. It happens.

I still don’t know Kang was *the* plan. We got a Kang and a variant in major roles, but Feige et al have said they only put Kang into any spotlight because of Majors’ performance. I think they always wanted to bring in Doom because, come on, they announced Secret Wars, and Secret Wars isn’t *Secret Wars* without Doom.

I don't remember whose idea it was, I think it was yours, but I like the idea of Tony Stark's family never immigrated from latvaria, changing their name to Stark from von Doom, and it essentially being the same person and that universe.
I’m really worried that either Tony fans or Doom fans are going to feel slighted by this if they go the retconning route…. The only theory I’ve heard so far that doesn’t make me feel that way is where a baby Tony is adopted by the von Dooms. That or if Victor has somehow taken over Tony’s mind or something. Retconning Tony’s past across timelines is heart wrenching from the Iron Man side of the fandom and I don’t think it would sit well with the average viewer either. Guess we’ll see.
That’s not really a retcon sounds kinda amazing if that’s the way they went, because 616 Doom would have just been raised as Tony and truly became him and died as Iron Man. This would set up RDJ to be Doom in every other Universe tho, and a recast for the actual Tony Stark.

They want to set Doom up first with RDJ, because that universes Tony Stark was tricked into swapping bodies with Doom, so we get introduced to the character of Doom through RDJ, then eventually Tony Stark in Dooms body will appear, introduce us to the actual actor who will play Doom from then on, and take his body back

The obvious answer to the whole doom looking like iron man...is doom never EVER shows his face. It's obvious to me that RDJ is trying to win some accolades by acting threw a mask. Mark my words. What if Tony’s parents died when he was born and the von dooms adopted him
I theorized Tony is a testube baby made from Victor Von Dooms Genetics. To find out our Tony isn't even the legit Tony from a real multiversal timeline would be a total mind blow. I'd love it if they would go this direction. If the leak that the FF. Team being from the sacred timeline turns out to be true, then I theorized Doom might've been a member of their science research team and fell to an alternate 60s with the team ultimately deformed in the process. Looking more like Stark beforehand but ultimately lost in a parallel reality with no way back and disfigured.
For me personally, I think this Doom would want to get back to his original timeline and, in the process, cause an incursion by creating a pivitol nexus moment that turns into an infinite timeloop paradox. aka the Infinity Saga.
To do this, Doom would have to traverse over to 10005 DP&W Comoc accurate universe. Doom then tries to contrive a way to recreate the 616 sacred timeline. He tells the Scarlett Witch of 10005 universe that Mutants are to blame for all her problems, and she wipes them from existence. rewriting their past and history and then inserting herself into the timeline via the mindstone in Age of Ultron. After she ultimately learns, Doom is using her for her power and seeks to take it for his own. Like Wanda tried to do to America. Like Stephen tried to do to America. except now it's a traumatic experience that manifests in her new created reality. a pocket dimension That a exiled Kang suddenly finds himself in created by an oblivious Wanda who secretly houses the soul of a demon spawn the Scarlett Witch. A universe in which she ultimately yet unwittingly controls. completing her
prophecy. From this point Kang doesn't even have to eliminate have the potential threats he'd otherwise face and succeeds in pruning branching realities that would have otherwise been to much with all their mutants and their numerous gifts.
The irony is that Kang was sent here by the events of quantumania. This Kang is the one who becomes HWR. The timeloop paradox was a plan created by Loki and Thanos to escape their finite universe and pursue true freewill outside of a destined and policed course. To do this they had to stop the one guy who killed the branches from ever gaining a foothold. Loki and Thanos both faked their deaths. Thanos with the gauntlet loading Thor to take the head for his illusion. And Loki enchanted Valkyrie as a live sacrifice to Thanos. Playing their parts so that HWR and the TVA weren't set off by their variant activity.

I make the claim while in the past, Steve will be drawn into Secret Wars to meet Sam as Captain America as well as holding the Shield. Steve will know He has to give the shield to Sam to ensure existence gets to continue on after he is returned to finish replacing the stones.

@hatchetmouth8211 As much as I'd like to take credit for this theory, the honest truth is that this is an analysis utilizing the canon and dialogue within the framework. This is what I believe the canon foreshadows, and I believe this is the main overarching narrative leading into the soft reboot. I know a lot of people think Marvel doesn't have a direction anymore following what appears as flops from phase 4. I honestly think phase 4 makes more cohessive" sense from the perspective on events I've taken and even see the common theme amongst separate stories. mostly surrounding love, family, and choice as effects on causal implications.
I wrote my Cap theory... probably around a year ago... Recently when Marvel dropped the concept art for their King Thanos Avengers ride, I saw a moment I predicted would happen. Which only makes me more sure I've been on the right track.
My theory stipulates while Steve was returning the stones he was sucked into the Secret War. In the photo attacking Thanos behind him is Steve (Holding Mjolnir and the shield) along with Sam as Captain America holding a future version of the same shield. then theirs Peggy with her variant shield and America Chavez... My theory on her ties to Doom as well. I believe Steve Sam and Peggy all have important causal parts to play to make her reality manifest. Her reality is ruled by a god. the demiurge who gave her and others power living alongside them. To some degree, America is the final variable to save all of time. Something I think Doom will try to exploit.
Back to the main point about Sam and Cap. I theorized Steve had to give Sam the shield to ensure the Secret Wars final moment remains intact. Which is also what I think Cap did while returning the stones steering causal order to ensure their success against a younger variant of Thanos. It is this variant that curses infinity war Thanos with knowledge of events to come. This is also why Thanos believes he is destined. He also knows the universe is finite in that it only allows certain outcomes. Or they are erases and reset. It is for this reason I believe Loki and Thanos made temporary partnership. Each finding their own solutions with what HWR left them to work with.
I honestly sometimes wish I could agree that the MCU is not as complex as I think it is as the puzzles can get draining. DP&W made me have to take a break for a couple weeks. It was nice while it lasted. Then I began talking to Jspoof from a bit of everything. A channel that covers the timeline and has a discord for fans to talk 24/7 about many topics. Michael Waldren recently gave him a shout-out on his timeline videos. I'm about to reach out to him on Discord shortly and go over the reveal I believe to have accurately predicted.
Part of the reason I think this way is because I'm a huge sci-fi nerd and spend time delving into many theoretical concepts. I used to be a furnace operator melting mild Steels into white Steels like chrome and stainless. We made mostly rock crushing equipment with high amounts of carbon copper and an inoculation to fill the gaps in the metal and make it denser. we also utilized Argon to take air out of the metal as it convected 600 kw of alternating current. I was part of a company that was a third-party producer for other companies like CAT tractors. My job was high energy on all levels. both physically and mentally demanding. I had to utilize the percentages of things like Carbon in my chrome rock to make sure I didn't overshoot my carbon specs as diluting metal is timely and could cost your company a lot of money. It was a toxic environment, and the higher ups could come down hard. lots of testosterone. Being right was really my saving grace in every moment. And when I wasn't man did it suck. Forget about even trying for harassment in HR, lol.
Anyways my point being that I hear trigger words in dialogue that I understand on a deeper level and see that dialogue strewn throughout. The mcguffins themselves are theoretical elements in real world physics with which physicists play with like variables in equations. even the concept of a "nexus" insinuates a diverging path of cross canceling frequencies. The kind of thing that produces interference patterns in double slit. due to a process called decoherence, which delves into the idea that observation creates determined paths for photons. while unobserved decohere creating a moment where the photon exists more in phase than an object on determined course. Marvel is relying on this concept heavily. among many others that correlate. such as sacred geometry, schuman resonance, etc.
When I watch these movies I hear topics presented in UA-cam videos such as T.O.E. with Kurt. Even UAP and secret history topics on esoteric roots. Topics that consistently go back to WW2. Something I think Marvel is toying with.
Basicly all the content on youtube theorhetics is being turned into a storyline is what im getting at. Marvel is creating a Story that attempts a theory of everything utilizing real-world conspiracies and theorhetics. I can't really say I can take credit for the writing I believe marvel is utilizing. However seeing these aspects helps me uncover and untangle parts of the timeline through logical progression given canon statements.
I truly am a huge nerd. I worked for Comcast to get a handle on frequencies and data distribution. I also went to school for software development and network administration.
For fun, I researched how to use binary through gates and frequency oscillations. I go very deep. Sometimes it's hard to pull me out of my many rabbit holes.
By the way, thank you very much. I think that's the coolest thing anyone has ever wrote to me. I would absolutely love to write as a career. I have a lot to say on many topics. It's very hard to turn my brain off. I'm a lifelong student of chasing the fundamental nature of reality. Most of my insights come from comparing and contrasting theoretical frameworks to see what is consistent. I try to analyze content like a computer would. I've even used Meta AI to make sure my logic is sound and swayed it to my Loki Valkyrie theory.

I also like mythos, quantum computing, bleeding edge tech, gnostic, and esoteric concepts, ideologies in general as a window into cause and effect. playing with those ideologies in conflict in multiple permeatations or amalgamations. varying degrees.

I sort of dig the behind the scenes guy out in the aether. For all anyone knows I'm an aspect of their own consciousness delivering information they all secretly knew to be true deep down inside as it manifested during reading. Not that I believe in such a thing but I thought someone might enjoy it the same as I. I know Elon Musk certainly entertained the idea to the point he's certain we're in a simulation just based on probability alone.
