horn is for high speed and close cops, critical damage has a different sound

I know the stingers play when they’re close. The issue is that you can hardly hear them now.

They actually changed the pursuit theme after the black market update, making it less intense

That’s actually the cop siren that’s heavily distorted. It’s supposed to mimic how it would sound while having an adrenaline rush.
