I’ll be going to Ocean City soon. Hope I get a chance to come here.
Also, question. At the natural beach (where you walked up too) are you allowed to shift through the sand for sea shells/fossils? Or do they want you to leave it alone as much as possible?

    • @letsgoseeit457

I really think it’s a great beach. I think the sand is better than Ocean City and the beach is overall a better beach experience. Please let me know what you think if you ever get a chance to visit.

Just to clarify something - Assateague Island in Maryland is composed of two parks, Assateague Island National Seashore and Assateague State Park. There is camping in both parks, the national park has no sites with electric and the state park only has a few.

I don’t recall the exact month, but although the video looks like the summer, it was closer towards the winter months. It does have a bright sunny, tropical feel to it no matter when you’re there.

    • @letsgoseeit457

I understand your point. Admittedly, the sand is nicer in real life than it is in the video. However, it likely cannot live up to the quality of Florida beaches.

So since all horses have ancestors that were domesticated by humans at some point in time, that means there’s actually no such thing as a “wild horse”, they would be referred to as “feral horses” you can only be a “wild” animal if your ancestors we’re never domesticated.

I don’t think many people understand hermit crabs molt n grow therefore need shells to change into. The flat shells are ok to take but hermit crabs need these type shells 🐚 FYI hermit crabs can live for 20-30 yrs with good care and humid climate. I personally don’t encourage buying them for your kid while on vacay at the beach..your kid will get tired of taking care of them.
