Amazing that you fixed the switch and got the machine to power on. Really fascinating video.

Maybe a 64k RAM upgrade is in the future for this machine? Once it's up to spec, there are some pretty spiffy demoscene productions as well as a brand new RPG: "Lykia - The Lost Island" that looks far better on the C16/Plus4 than on the C64!

I don't know if they made mistakes on these machines or not... looks a lot like a c64, but really it just isn't. So you'd expect it to live up to that legacy or be compatible. Commodore made some interesting choices for sure. I'll take a look for Lykia, sounds interesting.

Wow! Never heard of that Commodore 16 before. Beautiful!!! Great you made it work.
    Congratulations!
My XYL wouldn't allow me to have more toys at home. Our home is so small with no space for more stuff. Sad for me.

I just play with them for a while and move them forward - depending on what it is! They take up space at somebody else's QTH :-D

Hello James - I'm currently moving my home/studio to a mobile solution (www.youtube.com/@livingforalivingRV) and my ham radio channel is taking up a lot of time (ua-cam.com/users/temporarilyoffline) but there will be more videos on this channel in the future. Just have to figure out how to make it happen.
