Don't wrap the ends of the short wires until they're all bunched together, you'll lose a lot of the bulk that way :) just wrap the part that will be visible above the area where you join them together at first.

This is my first attempt at crocheting flowers and creating a bouquet, and I must say, I am absolutely amazed at how easy and beginner-friendly your tutorial was. 🤩 The first flower I made was pink, and it turned out so clean and pretty. 💖 Thank you so much for your guidance; I am very satisfied with the little piece of art I was able to create in no time.
    Lots of love, xoxo. 💕

this is so cute, new subscriber here and im def going to include these in my first crochet bouquet. i actually really like the bulky part up top since it can be natural in some flowers. to cover that kind of stuff up i usually just double up on some yarn to make it tapper off

Thank you so much for making these tutorials, i was always very intimidated by crochet as i found it quite complicating at times but after following your lavender tutorial and now this one, I've managed to make a whole bouquet! i have a quick question, is there any way to make the petal sizes bigger? I used three treble stitches instead of two to widen the petal but am unsure how to make it longer height wise

    • @allynewbry
