Bro he is top tier, but without the timed armor he only has 450 HP... Orisa is the real problem.

With no self sustain ramattra requires a lot of heals from his supports to stay alive. As a result he gets bullied by comps with ana and zen quite often as he just melts without his heals. His best method of damage is nemesis form but it's hard to keep on especially mobile targets, considering he needs four punches to kill, about 6 if they're getting healed by mercy (who is getting alot of play rn). Additionally he suffers in some tank matchups, especially against orisa or can outsustain him and hog who can burst him and hook him out off block into precarious situations. His ultimate is very strong but a lot more rare after the ult charge nerf.
