Teams that push town make one of two mistakes. They either keep pushing for no reason, or they stay still for no reason, making no attempt to defend, just waiting for enemies to show up in places they're *OBVIOUSLY* not going to. Most often it's a perfect blend of suckage.
It'd be funny if they added a map that somehow sucked equally for every tank. Hills that are slightly too steep so nothing can use gun depression, lots of corridors and corners with windows so they provide no cover. Therefor lights and mediums and TD's can't maneuver. For heavies... just make the map too big so it's over before they can get there, basically they can never get map control until it's too late.
i literally just got the foch 155 a couple of days ago and im still progressing to the double shot gun and the stock gun is actually rly good in itself its crazy

As a Foch player i had a lot of fun playing the foch 155 including the foch IX, & AMX AC 48. The only downside is your team or the map your into, but it's still fun playing it, if you were to ask me what's my favorite TD in the game, I'll always answer the Foch 155 including the tier9 & tier8
Looks like i have to buy this tank again. Once i did 6k+ damage in foch after which i got so bad teams that i lost 14 matches one after another. I just sold all my tier 10 tech tree tanks out of frustration 🤧 Now I just have minotauro and FV 215b
I really like the foch in the current state i think is insane now the three things that I don't like about the vehicle is the power ratio cause wg nerfed for no reason ,the accuracy to the point where you have to properly aim your shots and the stupid APCR standard.
From personal experience from a 51%er, (I know it's not great, but I'm trying), I personally would go with the 54. I don't see a lot of play in the super conq for right now. If you have the Chieftan mk 6, it took a lot of what the conq had. My only thing is, accuracy is atrocious on the 54. Conq has pretty decent dispersion.
I got this tank recently, and i am a bit dissapointed. The accuracy is quite terrible (even if i know the foch is famous for its bad precision, its worst than ive imagined), the traverse speed is not great (comparing to a obj 263, the top speed is cool but not the accelaration and even if the frontal armor is strong, with the weaspots on the top i have sometime the impression to not be armored. To me he's not as strong and indestructible than what i had imagined. It remains a cool tank that can be great.
I disagree on middleburg. When the whole team is pushing town, it is always going to be a win at least in supremacy. First I was annoyed like you, but then I realised that in supremacy, holding town often straight up wins IF the teammates don't decide to push up the hill.

The fooch is way too overpowered. Wargaming really overcooked this tank MT cant pen it in flat ground. Certain HTs' can't pen it in flat ground and hull Down its Impervious And Doing all that despite dealing 1300 dmg in 2.5 seconds and having ridiculous penetration Yeah real balanced tank
I love how whenever Droodles talks about foch 155 he never mentions absolutely atrocious track wheels, no gun arch and nerfed mobility. You are fine in foch until you meet people who know what they are doing. After that your game is hell. Tracks will be perma track pened and you got only so many repair kits. Foch is good into noobs. Awful into good players.

I just lost a 1 vs 1 against this tank, I was in 114 sp2 with 1900ish health, and the Foch was a one-shot. I got ammoracked lol.

Personally i think it was a mistake to go low ground. Your armour is so much better on higher ground and easier with that gun depression.
